Holy cow! Finally! Someone who demystifies Kajabi and marketing and funnels! Everyone talks about these things in such a kind of secretive way, or a way that assumes you know 90% of what all of this is..even as a beginner. So helpful. Thank you!

@@GrahamCochrane I do have a question. I've jumped into Kajabi, but it is killing me! Thinkific was so much more intuitive. Worse yet....it seems I can't really make money during the free trial. Is that true? Much of the functionality is taken away. I thought I'd take your advice and do the trial, set up the site, make some money to pay for the coming billings. But I can't even test a landing page or pipeline. They take away all of that functionality. And I only find that out after MUCH trial and error and finally contacting tech support. I am hating Kajabi right now. But I know I'll hate Thinkific and all the many integrations I'll need in the long run. Please advise.

I purchased your book and have been watching these videos as I've struggled to figure out how to build my online business. I've been crazy busy in the music production space for a good 10 years with no signs of slowing down, but I really want to be able to slow down a bit by being more selective with the clients I take on and putting the knowledge and wisdom I've gained over the years into the world. You really helped me to figure out how to break down everything into micro-bite sized pieces instead of trying to dump everything that I've learned after 30 years in the music business in everyone's lap lol. Thanks for the video links, Graham! I think the most eye-opening thing for me is that I can move from the beta course right into an email funnel. I thought you had to do big launches twice a year. I'm going to go back over your videos, take some notes and apply these lessons. I have a beta course that has sold over $10,000 over the last couple of years, but it needs to be reiterated with improvements. My email series is outdated and hardly pulling in sales anymore. I'm excited to apply what I've learned from you. I have Teachable paid up until November, so I might do a trial with Kajabi, move my main course over there, ask some students to try it out for free and see what they think of the experience. If they like it, I can slowly transition them to Kajabi.

Hi Graham. Thank you very much for that training. All of it was really useful but the biggest thing for rme was the step by step walk through of the kajabi platform. I watched and took notes (17 pages of them) and then went ahead and followed them.
I’d already started my 28 day trial before I found you - but the reason I went looking to find you (or someone like you and I’m fortunate I found you) is because the kajabi training is drip fed over 28 days. You can’t access it any faster. However, in one day of watching your videos I could get up to speed with what the kajabi university took 5 days to cover - and with the added bonus of business tips too. So that aspect was really helpful - but all of it was great. I was a university lecturer for 22 years and I retired last year. I’m now in the final stages of setting up my own online business and this has given me some great tips. Thanks again.

just completed my BETA course and cant wait to get going. biggest lesson for me was growing my email list. Ive been focusing so much on 'likes' and not enough on the 'what next' looking forward to it and will report back with group of healthier students and my first £10k in the bank

Yoyo. Thanks so much. The biggest epiphany for me was using live videos to test ideas and create content quick. I also really like your simple "power of 3" approach lol. I can see how going live can really create deep connection with an audience and double up as evergreen content. Couple questions: Do you re-format the live course after you start pitching it to new email subscribers (after the launch), or simply deliver it as it was with the live interaction of your first customers? Also you have any coaching services? I'd love your guidance especially with all your experience in the audio/music niche. Thanks!
No need to re-package the live videos in the course, although you certainly can later down the road. You might want to ADD some videos or downloadable worksheets to the course to round it out. Graham I'm new to your channel and have loved all your videos and have subscribed. So first of all thank you! Secondly, my question is I am new to all of this and just starting an email list. I know you originally promoted Mail Chimp. Sould I be concerned about starting anew list on Kajabi and having all of eggs in one basket. If something happens to Kajabi all of my emails would be gone right? Or Should I start with Mail Chimp like you did? Thank you in advance.
GREAT question. A few years ago I would have said don't put all your eggs in one basket. But having been on Kajabi since 2013 (and this new version since it launched in 2015) I can safely say you can use Kajabi for everything. I do :-)

Hi Graham, Do you or do you know of someone (expert) offer consultations regarding Kajabi. I am building a membership on Kajabi. I am a women's health doctor x 15 yrs and would like your opinion if this would be the best direction in using kajabi. I am on their level 2 program. I wish they didn't cut out their scheduled phone support. Thank you for getting back to me. I just don't want to put my energy and efforts in a direction then have to backtrack. ~ Bella
What is the downside to filming the whole course in one go vs doing lives?
Hey Graham. I have been watching several of your videos. Good content. I am now moving to Kajabi sooner than anticipated due to the virus crisis. I am using your link to get start on the 28 days free. Just FYI if there are any other insights? I currently run my own English language learning center business and getting about 3-5 views on free live classes on facebook, I am working on more UA-cam content but I am now going to take it to the next level. Thoughts?

Going all in on UA-cam will really help you. Also if you you can, start a free FB group and invite as many people into it as possible. Start helping people there and learning about your audience.
