I saw in the video that your hammer adj. screw was way back, mine was much further out (factory setting) and it looks like the valve assym. is made of brass. The fill port, gauge port, and valve are alum. on my gun. Have you gotten different parts? Will let you know how the rebuild goes...started this because of air leaking out of the gun, pressure would drop from 3000 to 0 in 5 or 6 days. Enjoyed watching, however there seemed to be no voice or any sound at all, is that correct?

I wish you would have shown how to go about replacing the breach o-rings as these have to get a lot of wear if you shoot a lot. Would love to see how you remove and re-install them. Good video on all other points. Hope you actually look at comments left.
To remove the breach oring, get a small pick and pull it out. To replace the oring get a wooden dowel rod and insert it in the muzzle. Push it down until it is just above where the groove for the oring is. Lube the oring with some silicon grease and insert it in the breach. The dowel rod will keep the oring from folding over or sliding down too far. Take the pick and push it directly over the groove and it will naturally snap into the groove. If you try it without the dowel rod, it will drive you crazy with the oring folding over on itself or going past the groove.
Hey nice and detailed disassembly video, did your rifle come with chrome bolt or did you Polish it? I wanna know so would probably do that on mine, looks Good...
Thank you appreciate the feed back the bolt comes blued. I polished the bolt and hammer as smooth as I could and lubed with Molly. Made the cocking feel much smoother just make sure to locktite the cocking lug it likes to back out on its own.
Lucky you! You can go out and hunting with Air soft gun. Look at my country , we can buy an airguns (chines) but we can not go out and have fun. If the police find it , they took it from you or you have to pay over 50 $ for it . If you say ,it is only air gun, they will be more mad like crazy dog , they will get you air gun and all the money you have . If can not pay they keep you in police station til somebody bring then 100$. I wish one day we can also be free and hunt like you do! I am living more then 9 years in safe house, and can not go out, because of my past life . I was in military and to get kill its very easy.Please help me Gad.I am really get sick mentally! Love.Aziz

Edward Van Brunt Jr use only 100% silicon grease.

The stock trigger only allows you to get to 2.5 lb trigger pull but you can remove the spring and adjust it down to just ounces.

Are you using a blanket from an offset printing press as your work surface? It sure looks like the backside of one, with the rubber side face down.

The 2 breech mounting screws #37 what do they screw into? I have a BnM breech and was thinking something the same.
