I just wanted to say thanks for the time and effort you put into the videos. I started running on an elliptical last year and I don't think I could of got to where I am today without the motivation your videos have given me. I agree with David's comment and that is what sets your videos apart from the others. I'm glad to see a new video and just wanted to express my gratitude. Thanks again.
It's dark and freezing rain / snow mix outside, but running on the treadmill with this video I feel like I need a bottle of Gatorade and sunscreen! Awesome, thanks!

I was just going to go down to the basement, thought I'd check to see if I could find a new running video, and voila. I have a lot of good videos for the bike trainer (some I've shot myself) but have a hard time finding running videos I like as well as yours. So often they're ruined by being horribly shaky or they're all cluttered with clocks, counters, and maps. But yours are about perfect. I'm going to head over and buy a couple that you have for download as a way of saying thanks, and I hope others who've enjoyed your videos will do the same.
