Had a $750 tireminder- top of the line- it lasted less than a year. Called customer service, and explained my screen had suddenly failed w/o warning. It wasn't cracked on outside but the electronics were all messed up on inside. Sent them pics. Was told tough luck if you want to get a replacement you'll need to buy a warranty for $100. The guy was very rude, called me "vindictive" when I promised to tell everyone about my experience with them. So, just purchased the TST- I will not buy another Tire Minder product.
Bought the tire minder 7 back in 2018. It has worked well. Problem I have had is in 4 years i have had 5 sensors go bad. Bright side is that even though I was out of warranty for the last 3. Tire Minder set me replacements and more batteries. I will say that having just the caps it is a little bit of a pain having to take the sensors off every time i add air. Having the flow through sensors, would be a game changer for me. Don't know if the make the flow through for the 7 model but I am going to look into. Thanks for the comparison. Happy RVing!
I just bought and installed the Tire Minder i10 (before I knew about your discount code). It was so easy to install and set up on my Airstream Interstate 24 and is working beautifully. In fact, it recently alerted me to a slow valve leak on an inside rear tire, which has been repaired before anything terrible could happen. I agree that it is nice to see the condition of all six of my tires on the monitor at the same time. This should be considered an essential safety item for every RV. The peace of mind is priceless! Thanks for your videos. I always learn something new in each one!
I had TST.. I loved it. Until it just stopped working. Now. the tire minder bigger magnetic back . Michael helped me originally set it up. I have the flow throughs. My only thought is my tag pressure says 90 through my Monaco stamp and 100 through the rear duals. My tires sit at about 120-122. That 20% on tag gets gobbled up quickly. The duals are close also. I’m going to bump the rear end up to 100 on tag and 105 on duals. My max cold is 135! Front steer are set at 125. . I will set higher and not see the warning light. But it’s awesome monitiring. Bigger is easier to see too.
I had a TST sensor act up. The system has a 3 year warranty. I contacted TST, & they had me send in the sensor for them to check it. I received it back in about a week, in working order. Great customer service.
Have had tireminder since 2014 love it,and if you are old and have problems setting it up tireminder is just A phone call away,,don’t leave home without it.
Good review. I have a TST 507 with the flow through sensors. Before I had a Chinese knockoff of the tire minder with cap sensors. I never trusted the reading on the knockoff so I would check my pressure manually before each trip. It is a pain to remove the sensor, since my class C has those crappy hubcaps. I needed to take the hubcaps off to get a good grip on the sensor and connection to the valve stem with the pressure gauge. With the TST flow through sensors, they stick out a little farther so all I have to do is remove the valve cap. Also the TST pressure reading is dead on. At the time I purchased the TST, the tire minder only had cap sensors. The flow through sensors were the main factor that made me go with TST.
I’ve been looking for tpms for my 5th Wheel RV. Thank you for this review and discount. Both products seem great, but I’ve been leaning towards the tire minder and this review sealed it for me. Happy trails!
I want to thank you two for this video. This is July 2021 so it was made over a year ago but it was a big help for me today. After some debate mostly due to price I ordered the TST 507 TPMS from Amazon. This video then caught my eye and I liked your recommendation so I called innovation tire on Sunday to see if I could get expedited shipping because I was leaving for a trip in 4 days. He answered the phone on Sunday! Yes was his answer so I cancelled the Amazon order and went online and ordered with your discount code which still works so I got another $20 off. Innovation tire is everything you said it was in the video so thank you for the review and for the discount code.
I have been researching all the different TPMS systems and have been looking at the tire minder using a smart phone but I think your video have helped me make up my mind. Thanks
Great comparison review. I have an older TireMinder TPMS, a TM-77 monitoring 10 tires: six on our motorhome and 4 on our Jeep Grand Cherokee. The TM-77 monitor is fairly large but is not color, like the newer i10. But, the TM-77 shows pressure and temperature simultaneously, but only for one tire at a time. It continuously monitors all the tires, but the display cycles through one tire at a time. We have been very happy with TireMinder's customer service. The TM-77 originally came with a one year warranty. I added a three year for $20. During this timeframe, a sensor was showing erroneous pressure, and TireMinder shipped me a replacement, no questions asked. My monitor also showed some errors, so they paid to have it shipped back to them. They tested it, and it showed no errors, but they replaced it with a new monitor anyway. They also send me new batteries every year for free; I only pay $5 for shipping. They are a wonderful company to work with.
Thanks for the review. I've been researching many different models and options and this sealed the deal for me. I ordered the TireMinder today with 4 transmitters. The coupon code still works and it was $229.00 out the door. Looking forward to getting installed.
Ok, I wanted to provide an update to this post. The order was delivered today from Innovation Tire by UPS. I was a bit skeptical at first because I had never heard of this company. For those of you out there considering this purchase, I would highly recommend for what it's worth.
Thank you so much MJ and Izzy. I was racking my brain not knowing which one to buy. Neither one of these 2 were on my list. After watching your video it was easy for me to make my decision. I went to the Innovation Tire website, I watched the installation video and then placed my order. I also ordered their tire pressure gauge. The Tireminder with 6 transmitters, the tire pressure gauge and your $20 discount, my total was $328.99. Thanks for your help. New subscriber.
20% default on Tire minder would be lot easier for me. 160F is also fine. TST looks too complicated. I will add the tireminder with new truck. I will order the flow through sensor for my F450.
I know that this have been a couple of years now and I hope that the TM is still working well for you, I had the 507 but I had it in my truck and since then I traded to truck forgetting the 507 in my storage box, so now I'm looking for another set TMPS. Also, the one thing that I didn't like about the 507 in the sun you can hardly see the screen so I might look at the TM and since is easier and cheaper I might go with the TM. Thank for the video, I know I'm late but it's all good.
The Tireminder is a pain. After owning it for a year, I trashed it. Getting it to stay paired to all the sensors was more than aggravating. The TST 707 is worth every penny. With only 3 buttons, the TM gets very cryptic. I can't speak to the tst 507. However the TM I owned, and now own a TST 707.
Love this review! Thanks for the information. We purchased the TIRE MINDER. My husband hooked the BOOSTER to the generator 12v connection. So far, so good!
I have emailed and called the number listed to ask a few questions and no one returned my call or email so my experience wasn’t what you described! I’ll just stick to TST! Never mind tireminder!

With that said, TireMinder also makes an excellent system which we have been using for close to 1 year with no issues. They both serve the same purpose however the TireMinder is $200 less without having to look for a “deal.” Izzy
Just ordered the TireMinder i10 from Innovation Tire using your code. Beat Amazon's price by $20. This will replace my TireNeverminder brand (ok, not it's real name, but it should be) off-brand TPMS that updates about every 10 minutes, if we're lucky.
Thanks for this information...we were going crazy trying to figure out which one to buy. Our truck has it's own monitoring system, so we just wanted one for the trailer, and for only 4 tires. What an awesome price! It was nice to see your code was still valid as well. Thanks again. We officially hit the road in April!
Thanks for the great info - including how to avoid the "big mistake". Just (5/14/2021) ordered the Tire Minder from the factory website for $249. Great price
I must have watched this video 10 times, each time I learn something which probably tells you something about my learning comprehension. Thanks for all the great info, keep up the good work.
To be honest, our RV came with them on it and I bought the extra sensors for the trailer but I don't even know who made it. If I had to buy one though I would choose the tire minder. I have read on forums where people complained that the flow-thru ones leak air but I've never had an issue.
Thank you for a great video and explanation , Im ordering the tireminder ! . Thanks for saving me $20 to insure Im safe on the road . You guys help so many people with safety advice .
I paid 368.00 for the TST from Technorv. So it's actually cheaper than the TireMinder. And as I mentioned, the TST is a better unit with its colored display.
Trying to make up my mind! Thank you now I even have more to think about 200 bucks can buy a few gallons of gas or fuel. Was in line to purchase the 507. Now I may reconsider to the tire minder.
Well we owned them both. Both great units and they both will get the job done one is just $190 cheaper and gives you batteries through 2022. Thanks for watching and the comment Izzy
Yeah we are happy with our i10. Be sure to save yourself $20 and use the discount code “endlessrving20” at checkout. Thanks for watching and the comment. Izzy
Great Comparison and helped me decide on the right product for me. I also like not using Amazon. The code does still work. I'm anxiously awaiting my new Tire Monitoring System. I found a link to your video on a FB page Super Class C Rv's
Just ran across your video very informative. Thanks for doing the legwork wondering is there any updated discount codes? The one on this video is no longer valid.
Perfect timing! I am ready to purchase a TPMS and have looked at a lot of info. With you two explaining the pros and cons and providing an additional discount code, I can't go wrong with the Tire Minder. Thanks for the very informative video.
I have a Tire minder 77 and with it if you are not towing you had to go in and change the settings or it showed an alarm that they are not there but the TST works on proximity, if it doest see the sensors it assumes you are not towing how does the I 10 work as I was planning on changing and while price is important convenience is too.. Love your videos .
Nice video looks like good products. Question, once you have installed the sensors, with the added weight although small amount I’m sure, do you have to have the tires rebalanced?
You said the charge lasted 16 hours on tst and 10 on tiremonitor. Can you charge as you go through cigarette lighter or usp, Or is your useful time only 10 hours/16 hours for a drive. Video wasnt clear
Question regarding the i10.... With a dually, do you need 6 monitors or 4? We have a 3 axle 5th wheel (6 tires). To monitor both the dually and the 5th wheel do I need 10 or 12 transmitters? Do they also need to be reinstalled/programmed if I took 2 off my 5th wheel to put on an enclosed trailer if I'm just towing that instead of the 5th wheel? Thanks for a great review!
MKV189 you need a transmitter for each tire. So for a dually you would need 6 regarding being reprogrammed depending on the pressure you run on your fifth wheel vs trailer you may need to adjust baseline pressure so you don’t get alarms if the pressures are different.
Izzi, I have similar issues with Sun & bright light. Except for the brief apology for the sun as you set up the TPMS you didn't rate the two systems for viewing the display in the sun on the dashboard. Also, does TM go to sleep?
Good review, but unclear on pass through sensors (other than Tireminder will be available soon) that are included. Like you said, either one is good selection.
Hey Bob. The TireMinder comes with cap sensors. The flow through will be available next 30-60 days. They are in production. Thanks for watching and the comment. Izzy
Please note that the warranty on the TST 507 will be not be honored if repeater is not installed, regardless of trailer or vehicle length. You only lightly included that TST offers the flow through and the tire minder does not
Don't know if this question has been asked but anyway, I have a 35' Super C class Motorhome pulling my car with a Dolly that has 12" tires. I recently had purchased a Guta 10 Sensor TPMS (Sent it back) I could NEVER get the parameters to set correctly and it was always flashing a warning sign that my tires were over inflated and over heated etc. So my question is, will this system be able to set the parameters for my 6 -19.5" RV tires (96 psi) my... 2 -12" Dolly tires (75 psi) and my 2 -16" Car tires (44 psi) that's being towed.
Hey Izzy, are you still using the Tireminder? I ordered one based on your video and it keeps losing connectivity to the sensors. I moved the booster once already. Even more frustrating is I have two unanswered emails into customer service...
Yes we still have it and use it on every trip. Watch this video and see if this is what is going on. Otherwise change out the batteries on those sensors. ua-cam.com/video/liXlQdPbjsw/v-deo.html
@@EndlessRVing had to upgrade my UA-cam subscription, BUT got a 2months free trail. I love you informational videos as I'm a (solo) newbie, but I am a professional motorcoach operator, so I know how to drive. Just not all the other stuff. But, I am a fast study.
At this point I really just need either one. I know it is a big safety device and piece of mind. I just need to jump in. I agree on customer service. Ok you sold me. I will use your code and order a set. You are my customer service though. lol For real thanks. This is a pretty good deal and as said something I really need.
With all you guys drive you really should be running them. They both work great William the i10 is $190 less than the TST not worth the premium in our opinion. Thanks for the order!! Feel free to reach out with questions. Make a video when you get them!! Izzy
@@EndlessRVing Hey just ordered them and used your code. I will do a video when I pick them up. Going to my parents then I will have to get them to me. The greatness of full time RVing. lol
Wow tireminder looks great, I am not sure how you get to the inside dual to install them but I guess I will find out. Thanks for the information I have been thinking about getting one !!
Hey Don. The inside dual is filled by a value on the outside wheel. There is an extension that runs from the inner wheel to the outer. Hope that helps and thanks for watching. Izzy
My sensors and their lock nuts completely corroded and fused together with the valve! I know that I should have put grease on the treads but, now, how do I get them off?!
How difficult is it to replace the sensors if they were to come off the tire become defective are they designed for each or do they just programmed by the new system?
You would just program the new sensor to the your current system. Put screen into learn mode, choose which tire you want to sensor to monitor and screw on the sensor to valve. That’s it. Thanks for watching and the comment. Izzy
the sensors are simple to install and if one was defective you have a three year warranty. just contact TM direct in Florida and they will work with you to provide a new sensor if needed.
Great video! Thank you for the straightforward review! Just subbed to your channel AND bought the i10. I have been using the TST 507 for a year and have a need for an additional TPMS. The easy set up and alert display were the keys for me on the i10. Thanks again for sharing your insights. Safe travels.
Hi Izzy, on the tire minder how does it attach on the inner rear dually tire? Do I need to replace the valve stem extender with one that has threads? Thanks
Just curious if either one of these systems have a problem with the sensors mounted on the inner duly axle the one I currently use has a problem that displays no sensor but it seems to still be reading the sensor because if I unscrew the sensor it will show a rapid alarm . I use the cap type sensor
Highly likely your booster is not installed correctly. On the i10 the booster antennae’s should be facing down toward the ground with no obstruction between the ground and booster. Try that and see it improves. Izzy
Let me make myself clear sunglasses are cool and I understand about sensitive eyes I was just making the comment because they were covering up your advertisement my apologies

Jebediah Dewmist that would have been $279 for an equivalent TireMinder unit but glad you’re happy with it.
Izzy
Trying to make up my mind! Thank you now I even have more to think about 200 bucks can buy a few gallons of gas or fuel. Was in line to purchase the 507. Now I may reconsider to the tire minder.
Well we owned them both. Both great units and they both will get the job done one is just $190 cheaper and gives you batteries through 2022. Thanks for watching and the comment
Izzy
TST is a better product with a full color display.
Jebediah Dewmist glad you’re happy with your TST. 👍
Jebediah Dewmist they both have a color display and perform the same core functions. We have owned both.
Izzy
Thanks for the info. Sounds like the right choice and a good deal.

We're happy with it! It really is a great deal. - MJ
Thanks for the recommendation. Just ordered mine and your coupon code is still good 👍
Awesome you will like the unit.

Just ordered the TM i10 with a discount! Thanks!
Thanks guys! I am currently shopping for these for our new to us Georgetown and you just helped me make up my mind!

Came from i10 video to get myself informed more n better.. you guys are great, thank you👍
Awesome! Thank you!
Although big question......507 has 10 sensors how many came with the other ? Apples to Apples.
10 sensors
thank you guys. I have been looking for a unit!!! one question. Do you have to reprogram every time you change the batteries?
No. Once it’s paired your are good
@@EndlessRVing Thank you!!
Simple, but direct comparison.. 👍🏼
Only one on YT we have found. Thanks for watching and the comment.
Izzy
Great Comparison and helped me decide on the right product for me. I also like not using Amazon. The code does still work. I'm anxiously awaiting my new Tire Monitoring System. I found a link to your video on a FB page Super Class C Rv's
Awesome you will like the unit. Thanks for watching and the comment
Just ran across your video very informative. Thanks for doing the legwork wondering is there any updated discount codes? The one on this video is no longer valid.
Code ENDLESSRVING20
Still works. You have to go to innovationtire.com for the discount code to work.
@@EndlessRVing Thanks!
Just ordered the Tireminder and thank you for the discount code!
You got it. Enjoy!
This is a product that is on my Must Purchase list. Maybe a Christmas present to myself?

@@EndlessRVing yes I have this video saved and I'll use that if I purchase. Thanks
Thank you for a very informative, unbiased, honest review. I appreciate it.

Awesome Review and thanks for the code!!!
You got it!
what is the max air pressure on each, I want to add tank pressure also?
Perfect timing! I am ready to purchase a TPMS and have looked at a lot of info. With you two explaining the pros and cons and providing an additional discount code, I can't go wrong with the Tire Minder. Thanks for the very informative video.
Yeah we love it and with the discount code the best price on the internet. Thanks for watching and the purchase.
Izzy
great video, we use the EEZRV similar to the TST 507
Yes we hear good things about it. Thanks for sharing.
Izzy
Thank you so much for the code! Just used it for my purchase.
Awesome you will enjoy the unit
I just bought the tire minder today for $349 after a $20 discount
Awesome Wayne thanks for sharing.
Izzy
I have a Tire minder 77 and with it if you are not towing you had to go in and change the settings or it showed an alarm that they are not there but the TST works on proximity, if it doest see the sensors it assumes you are not towing how does the I 10 work as I was planning on changing and while price is important convenience is too.. Love your videos .
You tell the i10 you are not towing. It’s a 10 sec process.
Thanks for watching.
Izzy
@@EndlessRVing I was planning on switching to the TST but your video changed my mind, going with the i10 and using my old TM77 sensor for the trailer
Nice video looks like good products. Question, once you have installed the sensors, with the added weight although small amount I’m sure, do you have to have the tires rebalanced?
No need I believe they weight less than 1oz each. Nothing for a 200 hundred pound tire/wheel combo. Thanks for watching and the comment.
Izzy
no at less then 1/2 OZ it will not need to be balanced
You said the charge lasted 16 hours on tst and 10 on tiremonitor.
Can you charge as you go through cigarette lighter or usp, Or is your useful time only 10 hours/16 hours for a drive. Video wasnt clear
@@michaelkozic4146 yes can be charged as you go down the road
TM does not honk to sleep mode. I can see it in light
Yes it does
Enjoyed watching your video. Do you by chance have any experience with TireMinder solar powered unit? I like the idea of the solar option.
No we do not use the solar although we us the i10. Thanks for watching
Izzy
Great video. I just bought the TST 507 : o
me too. I hope it works. It was expensive and I didn't realize this model has been out for this long. Maybe that's a good sign?
Good review, but unclear on pass through sensors (other than Tireminder will be available soon) that are included. Like you said, either one is good selection.
Hey Bob. The TireMinder comes with cap sensors. The flow through will be available next 30-60 days. They are in production. Thanks for watching and the comment.
Izzy
just purchased the tireminder, thanks
Awesome, thanks and enjoy it! Stay safe. - MJ
Please note that the warranty on the TST 507 will be not be honored if repeater is not installed, regardless of trailer or vehicle length. You only lightly included that TST offers the flow through and the tire minder does not
THanks for watching
Excellent review. Easy to understand instructions.
Glad you enjoyed. Thanks for watching and the comment.
Izzy
Don't know if this question has been asked but anyway, I have a 35' Super C class Motorhome pulling my car with a Dolly that has 12" tires. I recently had purchased a Guta 10 Sensor TPMS (Sent it back) I could NEVER get the parameters to set correctly and it was always flashing a warning sign that my tires were over inflated and over heated etc. So my question is, will this system be able to set the parameters for my 6 -19.5" RV tires (96 psi) my...
2 -12" Dolly tires (75 psi) and my
2 -16" Car tires (44 psi) that's being towed.
Best to speak to Michael from innovation tires. He will answer your questions with far more accuracy than we can
@@EndlessRVing Thank you, yes I called and left a detailed message earlier.
Great video. Just ordered and the coupon code is still valid
Awesome enjoy!!
How far will sensors transmit signal on thr tst 507
Why is it I can't see your videos? Do they have an expiration date? Very frustrating.
Probably your TV

@@EndlessRVing Hey just ordered them and used your code. I will do a video when I pick them up. Going to my parents then I will have to get them to me. The greatness of full time RVing. lol
Awesome thanks for using our code.
@@EndlessRVing For sure. Thanks for saving me money. lol. I was not joking I knew I really needed. Hope you get a kickback from your code.
Izzy
Endless RVing the problem is mine doesn’t have extensions on the inside dual. I am sure they could be added,I will have to look into it.
Hmm yes you could add some extensions for sure.
I will also need some type of valve extension.
It's been a year do you still recommend tireminder? Does it ever go off with false alarms? That could be annoying. Please advise. Thank you
We have had No signal warning on a few occasions we had to reposition the repeater. Other than that it has been solid
You are not comparing to the Eez tyre pressure monitor. This one of the most popular in the market.
If you want to send us an EEZ tire system to test we will gladly do that. Thanks for watching and the comment.
Izzy
My sensors and their lock nuts completely corroded and fused together with the valve! I know that I should have put grease on the treads but, now, how do I get them off?!
Try lubricating spray such as wd40.
Izzy
Excellent review and thank you for the discount code.
Awesome hope you pick one up the i10 is a great unit. Thanks for watching and the comment
Izzy
How well do these monitors compare with regard to distance. I have a Prevost 45' and didn't know if they varied with regard to reception?
We're over 60 feet with the a trailer and they work fine. 👍 - MJ
Thank you. Excellent review.
Awesome thanks Ann. :) - MJ
Great video! Thank you for the straightforward review! Just subbed to your channel AND bought the i10. I have been using the TST 507 for a year and have a need for an additional TPMS. The easy set up and alert display were the keys for me on the i10. Thanks again for sharing your insights. Safe travels.
Awesome, glad you purchased and welcome to the channel. Happy to have you here, Paul! - MJ
Does the Tire minder install in the inside dual tire as well? Does it need to be disconnected to inflate tires?
Yes they work on dual tires.
Thank you for the discount code!
You're very welcome! It's a great product. - MJ
Very
Informative, thank you.
You got it. Thanks for watching Paul. - MJ
Hi Izzy, on the tire minder how does it attach on the inner rear dually tire? Do I need to replace the valve stem extender with one that has threads? Thanks
On our inner dually their valve has threads just as any regular valve stem. If you don’t have that just get a valve stem extender.
Izzy
Good Review, but the warranty for the TireMinder is 1 year and make in China. The bad review were for poor customer support. Just food for thought.
It’s a 3 year warranty for the i10 and both units are made in China. Innovation tire is based in US and has excellent customer service.
@@EndlessRVing I stand corrected. It's a 3 years on the device.
Izzy
Awesome informative video. Thanks you.
You got it. :) - MJ

Will wireless thermometer senders interfere with this Tire Minder?
They should not. We have Govee WiFi temperature units on our motorhome and there is no issue.
