rachel sending a child to a crackhouse was the most normal of her crimes
the most level headed of her behaviour
@@uncarley when she had gotten to "its turkey lurkey time" thats when she had lost it
@@uncarley this is sending me right now 😂 🤣 😭 😩 😫 💀 😂
It wasn't an "active" crackhouse!
EXACTLY !!
Worst moment of my life was when I took a “which glee character are you quiz” in like ninth grade and I got Will Schuester 💀
this is sending me
wow my condolences
YIKES 🤢
F
I would simply cease to exist
Notable Mention: the fact that Schue planted drugs in Finns locker in order to blackmail him into joining glee club. Literally a wild start to the show.
and then zooming to like "rule #1: help the kids" on his bulletin board 😭 one of my favourite bits from the pilot. the situation is awful but finn's little "i'll pee in a cup! i'll pee!!!" gets me every time
how did they do so many insane things right under our nose
I despise Mr Schue
In the PILOT OMG.
Yeah and to make it even more infuriating, when Mr. Schue eventually admits to what he did to Finn, Finn reacts with joy and calling Mr. Schue the coolest teacher ever. Acting like he didn't fucking threaten to ruin Finn's future so Will could relive his high school glory days.
My favourite plot twist in Glee, was when Sue reveals that she got a divorce from herself because it 'didn't work out'
a mood
That’s a T-shirt-worthy phrase
Arguably the best part of the Grilled Chesus moment is when Ms. Pillsbury tells Finn that worshipping a sandwich is ridiculous so he performs a dramatic rendition of Losing My Religion by R.E.M
And it was iconic, I literally listen to the Glee version all the time lol
@@MachoJeans9 NO SAME! It’s such a good cover 😭
@@Snixq19 it is pretty amazing, one of my fave Glee songs for sure!
I am on board with every take except for Grilled Chesus. I only watched Glee as a casual fan but still quote Grilled Chesus to this day. Iconic.
AND ITS THE EPISODE
WITH SOMEONE'S DAD NEARLY DYING
still can't believe you didn't include kitty altering another girl's clothing so she would think she was too fat and then start starving herself all in the grand scheme of making this girl too weak to play the lead in their production of grease
AND THEN THEY BECOME FRIENDS!!! that was the craziest part for me, i was expecting marnie to get revenge but no!! they’re BESTIES like what the fuck is with this show
Yes! And even crazier is that everyone forgets it ever happened.
And what’s more insane is that they blamed her for fainting on stage which led them to be disqualified BECAUSE SHE WAS STARVING HERSELF!
exactly! acting like GAGNAM STYLE was gunna win..that whole plot got me pissed
I've never seen the show but watching this video and reading the comments of left out plot points it sounds absolutely bonkers xD
I remember watching season 1 and thinking Terri’s fake pregnancy was absolute bonkers but it doesn’t even compare to what was to come.
Shue suspending Mrley from Glee club bc she didn't wanna wear revealing clothes has gotta be in jail.
While recovering from an eating disorder that one of her peers perpetuated against her so she could be the lead in the musical and steal her bf. And Marley getting blamed for fainting during a competition (bc why would a medical reason disqualify them) like there’s so many layers in this story and it’s always blame the girl with the eating disorder and never show her support while blaming the one who gave it to her 💀they just become besties 🙃
mr schue should be in jail tbh
that whole episode was jail. sue was principal again and unique was starting to get really bullied for being trans especially when it came to using the restroom at school, so sue said to shue "i will give unique this pass to the private faculty restroom if and only if you stop making teenagers twerk and sing the date rape song" and SHUE SAID NO.
@@LezbeOswald A TRANS STUDENT BEING SAFE?!?! NOT AT THE EXPENSE OF ME BEING A CREEP!!?!
Oh yeah. Like, I'm a teacher, so I can understand a teacher being pissed that their assigment was ignored. But the problem is : this assigment should not have been given in the first place. Who sexualizes the body of teenage students like this?
this is quinn fabray erasure. no mention to the time she got stuck in a wheelchair after a car accident for like 3 episodes? the dancing pregnant ladies cover of it's a man's world? randomly hooking up with santana? true icon behavior!!!
Don’t forget singing IM STILL STANDING with Artie after said car accident that landed her in a wheelchair
quinn was the embodiment of glee chaos
@Amelia Bailey I think it was supposed to be ironic but it ended up being hilariously dumb
quinn is one of my favorite characters with becky, santana and kurt's father
Quinn is like the only tv character I’ve ever had a crush on for a reason
My biggest gripe about the school shooting episode is that it rug swept a serious character conflict. Kitty forced Marley into bulimia, altered her clothes, actively encouraged her to throw up. Marley's bulimia became so severe that she passed out on stage causing the team to forfeit their shot at nationals. Everyone blamed Marley for this. Marley had to go into treatment that her mom could not afford. They couldn't afford Christmas presents that year because of medical bills. I was waiting for the powder keg when Kitty's manipulation finally came to light. But what happens? The school shooting. They're all huddled in the choir room and Kitty tearfully whispers that she altered Marley's clothes to trick her into thinking she was getting fat. And because they're all afraid they're going to die, Marley just forgives her, and it's NEVER SPOKEN OF AGAIN.
Wasn't that the same episode where Sam (or was it Ryder? I kinda can't remember) revealed that he was molested by his babysitter when he was a kid and the rest of the guys were jealous because he got to bang a hot older girl?
Genuinely what the fuck is wrong with Ryan Murphy?
@@zombieedrea OMG that part made me so uncomfortable and idk why the guys would say that when Ryder trusted them enough to tell them. smh
@@zombieedrea different episode but that was incredibly messed up too. what sam and artie said to ryder was NEVER addressed again, and then kitty, who admitted to have been molested too went and dated artie? wtf
I'm one of the only people I know who watch to the end of glee. I watched it die. But the biggest thing people said made them stop watching was how cruel Kitty was to Marley and the severity of fatphobia that didn't even come across as the least bit comical. I rewatched it recently too and it is just so awful.
@@zombieedrea That's a reaction that too many guys would've had at the time, and even now, sadly.
The worst part of the show is when Shue wins teacher of the year the SAME YEAR it was revealed that he had been teaching Spanish for YEARS WITHOUT KNOWING THE LANGUAGE!!!!
That whole random plot line made no sense, they just couldn’t think of a better way to shoehorn Ricky Martin in there I guess? I’m a Spanish teacher and though we didn’t hear much from Will, he spoke with an EXTREMELY good accent. Then out of nowhere it’s just gone and he has that awful American accent? 😵💫
Wait is that where community got it from?
@renaissancewoman3770 No, the episode of community came out a couple years before that episode of glee. If anything, glee stole from community
Rachel dropping out of Funny Girl is one of the biggest character sins of all time. How do you build an entire character around wanting to be in funny girl and then she drops out of the show the first chance she gets? And before Tony season?
maybe it's the high of chasing a goal? like, now that she is in funny girl, she wants the next big thing because she doesn't feel accomplished like she thought she would (idk, ambition and validation or something)
@@_bebeboudeur_ that’s definitely the route they chose to go. Which seeing as her character arc had to change after Finn’s passing I can see her having that flaw. She became very entitled once she got the role so I can see wanting to punish her for that by making her lose all of her opportunities. Just very unsatisfying after 5 seasons of build up for me
I actually thought that made sense for her, she had changed so much in New York and all the fame and how quickly she was riding went to her head. She’s always been greedy when it comes to her being in the spotlight. So if she thinks being on tv will make her an even bigger star it’s nothing for her to drop school and her dream show. She needed to hit that rock bottom to humble her.
Glee honestly was a live action version of "Cards against humanity".
cast included
A few things you missed which are probably good for your mental health:
1. The gas leak puppets singing what does the fox say
2. Will Schuester twerking down a hallway with minors singing blurred lines and
3. Will and Emma having sex in a school bathroom because Emma is ovulating and being caught by Becky
4. The entirety of the previously unaired Christmas episode
5. Sue trying to shoot Brittany out of a cannon
6. Quinn getting a ryan secrest tramp stamp
7. Vapo rape
8. Quinn singing with pregnant teenage backup dancers
9. Students imagining Biest to turn themselves off
A couple other honorable mentions:
• in season 6, there was a girl who went to Dalton and wanted to audition for the warblers, who Blaine was coaching. Then when Blaine puts his job on the line for her to audition and she does it, she transfers to McKinley to be coached by Rachel Berry. Because... I don't know lol
• Quinn pretending her baby was Finns and him believing it even tho they never had sex O.o
• Quinn trying to prove that Shelby was an unfit mother by planting hot sauce and cult books in her house
Also when
10. Unique catfish
11. When they make fun of SA in guys I don't remember his name but he confessed he was abused by his teen nanny and everyone act like that so cool
Wtf is vapo rape??

Cannot believe Shue casting himself as rocky with the full intent to do toucha-toucha touch me with a *student* isn't on this list
That whole episode is just made me feel gross why do rocky. A show with very ADULT scenes with a cast of nearly all MINORS
like we’re the writers thinking at all
@@gumdropthedutchie9012
It’s so crazy bc they could literally just have had a Rocky Horror episode without it being an actual musical they’re putting on at the behest of Will Schuester. Like, off the top of my head, you could have one of the characters watch Rocky Horror and starting a trend amongst the rest, it could be another fever dream moment, the gang could’ve had a movie night and all their interpersonal connections mirror things from the movie, if they want to have the kids be putting on a musical so badly it could literally just be the students attempting to stage it by themselves. If they still wanted to connect it to Will and Emma, it could literally just be some throwaway line from Will about Rocky Horror that gets the kids interested… there were so many ways to do it
Rachel still getting into NYADA after choking her audition was, to me, THE defining point-of-no-return moment of Glee for me, made even worse by Kurt not getting in. From that moment on, it was made clear that nothing Rachel Berry could do or say would have any negative repercussions or character growth. They could have just let them both in and it wouldn’t have been anywhere near as bad. But giving it to just Rachel was such a fuck you moment to fans.
Kurt nails it in the audition but doesn't get in and Rachel CHOKES during the audition as she forgets the lyrics, gets multiple chances but fails and STALKS the woman conducting the auditions, shows up everywhere, begs at random places and gets in. Like wtf?
The fact that she ignored the “pleak” is so disappointing LOL
Mercedes' tots protest is so iconic because that's the kind of thing that would 100% happen in an actual high school
it did, michelle obama meant well. I missed those cookies and spicy chicken sandos
We should, as a society, pretend that Will Schuester doesn't exist
yes please
the thong song gives me nightmares to this DAY
i strongly disagree. as a historian, it is so important for us, as the human race, to remember our mistakes and keep them within popular discourse in order to prevent them from happening again. once we forget, history will only be repeated. will schuester needs to be quietly remembered. we can’t let this happen again
@@merrymermaid you're right, we need to educate the younger generation on crimes against good taste, which we let happen
@@-riannaSAME OR BLURRED LINES
you forgot one of the most criminal performances in the whole show: when they performed blurred lines and will schuester walks down a line of twerking teenagers. speaking of twerking, THE WHOLE EPISODE WHERE THEY WERE FIGHTING FOR THE RIGHT TO TWERK?! WTH WAS THAT
Yasssss that was sooooo weird
& then sue was like “ok this trans girl can use the correct bathroom & actually be safe if you stop twerking with teenagers” & schuester said no?? jail
“Mr. Schue raps Gold Digger by Kanye West” is a sentence that could not possibly have aged worse (and that’s impressive given how crazy it was at the time)
there's so much to unpack
True, I remember the reaction being WTF at time.
Wow repressed memory resurfaced 😂
I was expecting Artie pushing himself to the pool in a wheelchair with the We Found Love proposal but I would honestly not know where to rate it at all
I feel that moment goes in every category
Glee really is our generation’s collective fever dream, isn’t it?
The glee version of every song creeping it’s way into my Spotify wrapped reminds me it was real 😭
yes absolutely
@@millievanillie24 omg the covers are so bad but i can’t stop listening to them 🫣
Absolutely Gobsmacked you went through this video without mentioning
-Mr. Shue being a spanish teacher who doesn’t know spanish
-the entire Marley ED storyline where she had to APOLOGIZE for PASSING OUT after KITTY PEER PRESSURED HER INTO HAVING AN EATING DISORDER and then MR. SHUE SUSPENDING HER for REFUSING TO WEAR A BIKINI as a 16 YEAR OLD!
- Shue’s wife faking a pregnancy
-Kurt being Biphobic
I think it's so unbelievable that Rachel would know where, or even what, a crackhouse is
I mean...
I choose to believe Puck pulled a similar prank on her before. But the fact she knew it wasn't an ✨️*active*✨️ crackhouse gives me pause.
Apparently they actually wanted Blaine to be dating Sebastian in the last season but Grant was too busy filming The Flash. Which I feel like is only marginally better because like Sebastian did nearly blind Blaine and blackmailed people over show choir.
To add to the Mercedes/Rachel thing: there's literally an episode where Mercedes and Rachel fight for a solo in a school play or smth and they eventually decide to give them both the role. Mercedes literally asks them to tell her to her face that Rachel was better than her and nobody does. She ends up backing out of the role.
I... might be messing up the time line a bit, but I want to say that this is the reason that Mercedes ends up joining that one short-lived all-female Glee club.
You’re right, that was the reason she did it. However, I thought Mercedes was ridiculously unreasonable there. Maybe no one said Rachel was better but that doesn’t mean she wasn’t, and also no one said Mercedes was better. It’s not like she was the clear winner and they still gave it to Rachel. Rachel was, as always, insanely good. Mercedes may have been as good, but not better.
@@lyds6382she literally was and always has been better
@@beatofromuminekorealnotcli4574 this is an unreasonable usage of “literally.” of course she wasn’t “literally” better, she was, in your opinion, better. They are both insanely outstanding and it is unusual to see two people that talented at the same school.
@@lyds6382 unfortunately dictionaries now recognize the bastardized use of the word literally to also cover figuratively depending on context. So literally means literally or figuratively due to the popularity of exaggerated use
@@lyds6382 Nahhhh, the judges were hella biased. They literally say it during their "deliberation" that Mercedes performed better than Rachel in the audition(and Rachel hears them saying it) for the role but they feel Rachel is born to play that role even though she wasn't the best at the audition. Hence why they land on a tie and ask both of them to perform.
I still remember when Chris Colfer was on the Colbert show. Colbert complimented him on his singing, Colfer replied that he no longer sing because he felt self-concious about it from the jokes that were made about his singing voice on Glee.
And speaking of crimes against humanity...
I still hope we'll get a Chris Colfer solo album one day.
absolutley insane. he has the BEST falsetto i have ever heard and honestly his songs always slayed
Holy shit I didn't know about this. That's heartbreaking his voice is amazing
When Ryder went through the struggle of opening up about when he was m0le$ted as a child to the whole glee club and the guys in the group CONGRATULATED him… jail time!
you're so real for putting karovsky and blaine's relationship in the 'jail time' category... i don't think that the issue is talked about enough in the gleek community
Yeah. David deserved better, after everything he went thru...
haven’t watched Glee in over a decade and Grilled Cheezus still lives rent free in my mind
Sue is just the saving grace of this show
sue is the SHINING LIGHT in the dark cave of glee
She really just said what we were all thinking
and THAT’s worrying
That moment when you rewatch the show and somehow Sue isn’t as horrible as you think she was. SHE WAS ALWAYS RIGHT ABOUT WILL
@@pascaleand0r when she said mr shue has no adult friends I knew to trust everything coming out of her mouth about him
As someone who does theatre, the Mercedes never getting solos thing is actually extremely realistic and accurate. Every theatre director has a favorite student and they usually aren't the best. Literally at COLLEGE this girl who was tone deaf and literally looks exactly like Lea Michele (and acts like her too) got the lead because the director loved her while my friend (a girl who also happens to be black and plus size) was the best at auditions got ensemble. Rachel is also white and thin while Mercedes is black and plus size and musical theatre is notorious for prioritizing thin people and white people in theatre. Basically if you're fat pure only ever going to play Tracy in Hairspray or Effie in Dreamgirls. As a plus size girl the amount of items I've been told I was the best audition but they can't cast a fat girl as the lead is way more than you might think.
but mercedes never getting solos is untrue? if you look at the stats, she has the 3rd most. it’s nuts that she’s behind blaine tho.
Came on here to say this! Unfortunately too true
@@quirkypurple3i think they mean she doesn’t get a lot of solos in glee club?? if i recall correctly mercedes has a lot of solo performances but they’re just related to her storyline, they’re not part of actual glee club performances
As mentioned, a big one for me in the "that's a crime" department is Schuester twerking down the hall with his 15 and 16 year old students, singing "Blurred Lines."
It's somewhat remedied in the next episode when Sue says, "You know that song is about rape, right?"
In all seriousness, Grilled Cheesus was THE iconic moment of the show for me. I held on for YEARS hoping the show would return to those roots. But alas, it was determined to run fully off the rails. Also, the fact that it happened in the first few episodes of Season 2 should tell you all you need to know about the show.
One of my favorite episodes ever
as someone who was a diehard glee fan, I try not to subject myself to the horrorfest that it is anymore but I’d gladly watch it if queen carley is talking about it
horrorfest is CORRECT
twerking episode had everything: Shue putting teenagers in inappropriate clothing, Shue having teenagers dance inappropriately, Shue having teenagers sing inappropriate songs, Shue kicking the girl with a recovering eating disorder out of glee club because she didn't wanna wear inappropriate clothing, Shue prioritizing his right to sexualize teenagers over a trans girl's safety. wild. truly the episode that told me that if i ever rewatch the show, i'm stopping after S3. S4-S6 never happened.
Schue deserves death- honestly, that character?!?!
had to assume that ryan murphy wiped u permanently off the internet in retaliation for shining light on his crimes. glad to see u made it to another day queen
ryan murphy tried to assassinate me
Remember the episode where Me Schue had them all be in wheelchairs for the week so they would understand what Artie went through? I think the writers meant it to be a learning moment but it just came off as weird and performative, especially since the actor who played Artie isn’t a wheelchair user in real life
Yes girl, gaslight 26k people. I saw nothing on Friday 😌
exactly thank you
she really said gaslight gatekeep GIRLBOSS
there must have been a gas leak because i didn’t see anything 🤷🏽♀️
twenty six THOUSAND😭😭
“Jail time” should also include the uhhhh TRAUMATIZING episode with karofsky and cough syrup. Also you can’t forget the fact that Finn also prayed to grilled cheesus that we would get to touch Quinn’s boobs. Very important.
Glee was a shitshow but I will say, Burt Hummel is still number one dad. Protect Mike O'Malley at all costs tbh
The Let's Have A Kiki/Turkey Lurkey Time crossover was the moment I quit Glee. I don't even think I finished that episode. In my mind it is a true crime against humanity,
Ryan Murphy says he has receieved unalive threats over this mashup. I agree it's trash, but my deepest guilty pleasure to this day is that I listen to the regular Let's Have A Kiki glee cover they released without Turkey Lurkey. It slaps
let's be honest, will schuester should have a category all of his own, that man was unhinged
unhinged is an understatement
I think Casey Aonso might have done a video like that
a predator for schure
The writers originally wanted Sebastian as a partner for Blaine in season 6, but Grant, the actor, was cast as the flash so he was busy, instead doing a different plotline they just replaced him with David. Like im happy for Grant, good for him that hes the flash, but god it would have been such a better plotline if Blaine got with Sebastian.
That plot line was so awful I would’ve rather him have dated a random dude like Kurt did in season 4. Made 0 sense for blain to have a serious relationship with his ex fiancés abuser. :/
i know he wasn’t with kurt anymore, but they were still friends and my jaw dropped when i found out blaine was dating Karofsky. and if anything, i though blaine and sebastian used to date before 🫢
But Sebastian almost left Blaine blind, even though Kurt was originally the target.
As someone who never watched Glee, the most important thing I learnt from this video is that Sue Sylvester is an absolute legend
The gas leak in the writers room line would have been the perfect segue into the freaking puppets episode (also a crime against humanity)
One iconic thing you missed was the entirety of Quinn cheating on Fin. This man believes he got her pregnant from being clothed in a hot tub together, and then there’s the whole choking on a gumball lie because Quinn and Puk were making out
i thought the choking on a gumball lie was when quinn was cheating on sam with finn?
The worst part of the religious episode is that’s the same episode where Burt Hummel has a heart attack and Kurt reveals he’s an atheist
yeah they tackled important issues poorly at times
In what other episode would have been a better choice for Kurt to come out as an atheist? 🤔🙄
Why is it a bad thing?
Girl the pro-Kurt/anti-Rachel is everything I needed Kurt is THAT GIRL (I hated him on first watch but that's cause I was in love with Blaine)
Love Burt also that man deserves more recognition thank you for doing your part
also I love the "Blaine almost goes blind"storyline because Darren Criss looks his hottest in an eyepatch there i said it (yes i might be unwell)
Never forget Artie rolling himself and his wheelchair into the pool during Mr. Schu's proposal...the shock and audacity
i forgot about so many of these moments that i genuinely gasped everytime you explained them, how was this show allowed
Don’t forget Rachel Berry performed “What I Did For Love” after sending Sunshine in a crack house just and only for herself… poetry
18:33 I need you all to know that my mother has had a stroke, been in a 2-moth long coma, gotten amnesia, had 2 divorces but she has NEVER broken down in front of me until one day she yells for me. I go. My mother is in DISTRAUGHT TEARS because Sue married herself. The Adidas dress broke her. that was her final straw.
_in the Spanish dub, no less_
I first watched the Sue-icide scene when I was a child and it has stuck with me to this day. I hardly remember anything else about the show but that moment where they’re checking her pulse and she just sits up is etched into my brain permanently
Might have already been said, but after rachel chokes at her nyada audition, ahe didnt just write a letter, she STALKED THAT WOMAN to get her to come to nationals. Jail
Honorable mention to the most iconic line of the show:
Santana: I gotta gay-I gotta go, I gotta go!
Me everyday of my life
This really reminded me of the insanity of this show that I absorbed as a child
same i mainlined this crime into my child brain
Was literally going insane thinking I had imagined this video, happy to see you got it back up!
you're not insane!
Shue refusing to stop twerking with minors even when in return a trans student will be able to use the bathroom without being attacked still leaves me flabbergasted
girl the fact you didnt bring up the episode where rachel is just in love with mr. shue
And he "deals" with it by... *checks notes* singing a song about being tempted by a student
Made even weirder by the fact that Lea Michele and Matthew Morrison dated before the show started
So funny to me that most of the good plot lines are revolving around Sue Sylvester when WE where supposed to dislike her.
Rachel getting into NYADA was kinda wild, especially considering she only got in because she literally harrassed Carmen Tibido into coming to Nationals.
thank you for speaking to the absolute CRIME that was Kurt not getting into NYADA with one of his best performances of the entire series while Rachel gets in after harassing Carmen for weeks
“One of [Mr Shue’s performances] is toxic”
Me: all of them are, but yeah
“…by Britney Spears”
Me: oh
Honestly this needed to be twice as long because there are just so many more things I can think of
Sue would do the wildest things for absolutely no reason, like no one was more extra than her. Icon.
This was great but PLEASE DO A PART TWO THERE WAS SO MUCH MORE I FEEL
You missed the part where Mr Schue twerked next to his student while singing Blurred Lines, a song about date rape. Or when Kitty made Marley think she was getting fat by sewing her costume an inch smaller, giving her an eating disorder. And then Marley fell on stage during sectionals bc she didn’t eat, everyone blamed her. Or when Mr Schue suspended Marley from Glee club bc she didn’t want to wear a bikini. Like not only is it creepy that a teacher wants his students to look sexy, Marley has an ED and no one seems to take that into consideration. Or in the pilot, when he spied on Finn singing in the shower and then lied about Finn owning pot so that he’d be in the Glee Club. JAIL. RIGHT NOW. And also in s05 or s06, the moment Santana shames Kurt. And the lines are filled with insecurities that Chris Colfer has and the writers used it to insult Kurt and Naya Rivera hated saying those bc she was hurting her friend.
i was fully convinced that i was experiencing intense deja vu for over half the video instead of realizing carley just reuploaded the video again 💀
as someone who's never seen Glee in my life this video was a trip. every other entry had me going "WHAT DO YOU MEAN THAT HAPPENED"
The funniest thing about Blaine and the blinding slushie was Darren Criss was on broadway so that’s how they dealt with his absence 😭
My favourite thing about Grilled Cheesus is that the episode has a very emotional and heartfelt story about Burt being in hospital, Kurt having to come to terms with the possibility that he might lose his other parent as well, Finn acknowledging that he's already starting to see the Hummels as family, the different ways support systems matter to everyone even if people have different beliefs to you
And the whole thing is bookended by Finn making a grilled cheese with the climax and very last scene of the episode being him eating it
From what I remember, the Blaine eyepatch thing was because Darren Criss was going to go on Broadway, replacing Daniel Radcliffe on a show called "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying", they needed a reason to why Blaine wasn't gonna be around so they've came up with that 😅
blaine the potter musical dude? replaced the og harry potter? i -
can't believe you glossed over the fact that Blaine and Karofsky are canonically cousins (revealed by Sue in her weird Klaine arc) and they just shrug and don't care!!
sorry ???!!!!!!
Kurt said that she fabricated it so idk
I used to have a very unhealthy obsession with this show. Almost as intense as my 1D Obsession but that was just bc I hated most of characters. Still a huge fan of the actor who played Kurt, he’s one of my fav authors!!
yes! i bought his books for my nephew he loved them, they’re really fun and unlike a lot of other kid’s, they’re actually well-written and fun for all ages
Artie wheeling himself into the pool do we found love, the queen cover during Quinn’s delivery process are some who wrote this moments for sure
The only content i ever consumed of glee is when i hyperfixated on Adam Lambert and i found out he was in glee so i watched all his scenes and dowloaded his songs from there. I still love his duet of "I believe in a thing called love" which is kind of a wild scene but also very good.
The best part of Rachel auditioning for Nyada is when she’s saying “pleek” over and over as the lights turn off
This series is the black mark of sin that will prevent us all from entering heaven. I swear, you can find a moment in almost every episode that is as unhinged as these. It's a treasure trove of absolute chaos and a masterpiece.
The real crime that I'll never get over IS THE ABSOLUTE ICON QUIN ONLY GETTING 6 SOLOS!! Fucking jail for that!!
But still a great list! Clicked this link so fucking fast!!
When they make a while episode about aetie having a coma dream where hes not disabled and hes happy but everyone elses life sucks because hes not disabled
Sue will always be the best character in any tv show to ever exist.
I have no idea why Kurt took Blaine back. He cheated on him because Kurt was busy with his job, he DATED HIS BULLY. Like, Kurt deserved better. Also can't believe they not only had Rachel send Sunshine to a crack house, but when she's punished for it, they have her sing What I Did For Love, famously a song about sacrifices artists make for their art like????
if the glee cast is ur first concert how do you go up from that like thats peak
its been downhill since
I think it's important to note that the episode where Rachel drops out of Funny Girl for a TV show was written by the man I hate most in this world, Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, who notably also wrote Riverdale
Hot take: there were no crimes committed. Every frame of that show is satirical perfection.
The truth
take it back, grilled chesus is one of the funniest and most iconic glee moments
throughout the course of my undergrad ive watched this show no less than 10 times and because of that I can now hear every song ever in rachel berry's voice
rachel berry it’s literally the best character ever created idc what she’s done i will always support her rights and wrongs!
Sue's wedding "dress" and "sue-icide" are probably two of the best jokes the show's ever done.
Edit: another great Sue moment that never fails to make me laugh is the locker conversation with Kurt. "No. Me: Sue Sylvester."
The only time my drama teacher danced on stage, was when she taught us choreograph but it was no where near as disturbing as a fraction of that horrible man
I will for sure give this a rewatch. It inspired me to rewatch the Tots episode. Mr. Shue is my sleep paralysis demon. Especially him in the Rocky Horror Episode just wearing a tie.
when you said the writers room had to be inhaling fumes in the writers room I remember that that was an episode on the show where they were muppets LMAOOO
An important note on the Grilled Cheesus episode: Finn's stepdad was literally in a coma and Finn's wishes were that he wants to be quarterback and he wants to touch Rachel's boobs. REALLY FINN? THOSE ARE YOUR PRIORITIES?
It's crazy how Finn prayed to win football games and to do more with Rachel instead of praying for Burt who literally had a heart attack
looking back I can't believe I watched this as a teen and was like 'yeah all totally normal and okay'😭
i will never forget when the glee sub calls lindsey lohan crazy because shes been to rehab five times in spanish and then having her on the show (as herself) in s3
As someone who has never seen glee I am eating up this video like everything else carley serves us
Becky didn’t bring the gun to school. She found Sue’s gun.
I just binge watched glee for the first time and to me there are 4 major plot holes or just chaotic plotlines I can never get over. 1. Rachel quitting funny girl is absolutely insane. I don't care if she was getting bored, that was quite literally her dream and she just quit? after like 3 weeks? 2. Blaine cheating on Kurt AFTER telling him to go to new york and accusing him of cheating before. There is no way that would happen. 3. Forgetting that Sam literally took care of his siblings and sacrificed everything for them. And getting a job as a stripper just so his siblings could have nice things. They only mention it once after he comes back and it's in the episode directed by Chris Colfer. Other than that he becomes this apparent stupid guy and I love it and hate it at the same time. 4. THE CATFISH?? I actually like the idea of it. That unique felt that ryder wouldn't like her so she became someone else online. But then ryder finds out, hates unique, and is going to quit glee club at the end of season 4. The first episode of season 5, they are perfectly fine with each other and are performing together at prom. Not to mention, in a later episode he is ready to fight people for being transphobic to Unique when he was the season before??
i was asking myself why nobody had mentioned the stripper part
