Mana cost definitely should be increased. A scaling champ like Asol shouldn't be able to rush rylais and almost have no mana problems.

he's been nothing but buffed... his mini rework that was supposed to nerf his scaling down just completely bumped it up to ridiculous levels. now they're nerfing his E ap ratio. that's genuinely doing absolutely nothing
sol's E is nothing more than a zoning / fight control spell, the dmg is completely negligeble, it's the range and the size that's the problem..
again, riot has no clue how to balance Champs. look at smolder. can't balance him? Just absolutely remove him
