Hallo Leute. Just want to correct the 4:31 cable car experience -- it should be funicular ride. You can go to the Saltmine through a funicular ride. Sorry, but please enjoy the video still! ☺️

Hey, I like your video, it's really informative. Could you help me by answering a question please? What does it mean to transfer from Salzburg dbf to Attuning-Puchheim? Is it difficult to locate the location of transfer?

    • @alfaadventures

Hello there. Thanks for watching our vlog. To answer your question, no, it is not difficult to locate the location of the transfer because you can see the platform number in the ticket. We hope you can visit Hallstatt soon and see the beauty of it in person. Enjoy your stay there. 🥰

Hi, is the transfer between Munich all the way to Hallstatt a lot of hassle? I tried to use your routing via the DB and shows exactly the same path, however I am unsure in between the transfer how convenience is that, are all the modes of transfer by train only? or any bus involves (apart from the ferry)? Also, do I need to purchase the ferry ticket in advance? Would it sold out of the counter will close around 6pm? Thanks!

Hello. Thanks for watching pur video. The transfer for us was not a hassle since you the ticket would already show you the platform number where your train should be. Alternatively, you can also try searching in Omio. That’s what we’ve been using recently and it’s very user-friendly. As far as we know, there’s no bus ride from Munich to Hallstatt. If you’re referring to transfers, there’s none as well. Just the train and the ferry ride. ❤ The tickets can be purchased upon arrival. It’s not a hassle. Just be sure to bring cash with you. You can also see there the schedule of the ferry ride back and forth. You can take a photo of it for your reference. K am not sure now if there are some changes in the schedule. 😊

Yes, we took train. We didnt need to go to Munich hbf anymore because there were transfers from the nearest train station where we live. 😉
