Today I'm sharing with you a recipe for meatloaf with different fillings!
Vegetable oil (2 tbsp).
Onion (1 pc.).
Carrots (1 pc.).
Garlic (2 cloves).
Salt to taste (2-3 pinches).
Freshly ground pepper.
Water (50ml / 1/5 cup).
Minced meat (I used turkey, 700g / 24.5oz).
Breadcrumbs (60 g/ 2.1 oz).
Salt to taste (approx. 1 level teaspoon).
Freshly ground pepper.
Chives.
Egg (1 pc.).
Cream cheese (150g / 5.3oz)
Garlic (2 cloves).
A bunch of fresh parsley.
1 tomato.
Mozzarella balls (6-7 pieces).
RECIPE #2 - Delicious Ground Beef and Potato Dinner!
1 onion.
Any minced meat (600g/21oz).
Fresh parsley.
Breadcrumbs (2-3 tbsp).
1 egg.
Salt (3/4 tsp).
A mixture of freshly ground peppers.
Paprika (1/2 tsp),
Dried garlic (1/2 tsp).
Ground cariander (1/2 tsp).
Vegetable oil for frying (2 tbsp).
Potatoes (4-5 pcs.).
1 onion.
Butter (15g/1 tsp).
1 carrot.
1/2 pepper.
A mixture of freshly ground peppers.
Salt to taste.
Tomato paste (2-3 tbsp).
Ground black pepper (1/3 tsp).
Spicy herbs (1/2 tsp),
Paprika (1/2 tsp).
Salt (1/3 tsp).
Water (250ml/1 cup).
Chives.
