I am very impressed, will definitely look into this. There are so many books that I want to make into ebooks, and the standard scanner is simply not cutting it.
Apart from the language support, vFlat scanner does much better job as an app. I can scan 40 pages per minute with my minimal setup and the app straightens my pages, removes fingers pretty accurately. Also I use Xodo pdf reader on my phone to crop the page from sides in batch mode and export it in A4 size. The output is amazing. It costs me like a dime and provides me a surprising result.
TRENDING REVIEWS, I rather buy a scanner that will automatic scan the book pages really fast and turn them into PDF files, do you know which auto scanner that is cheap that can scan book pages when auto feeding them that can scan 300 pages or more really fast and turn them into PDF files?
This review is pure marketing. I have the ET-24 scanner and the latest software. First the documentation is terrible--it only covers the most basic features. The software is buggy and only provides accurate results about 50% of the time. On scanning a book with proper lighting and alignment I almost always get one page properly cropped and opposing page is not. Finger removal works about 60% of the time. When you adjust options during scanning the software is "stuck" on the old settings and you have to restart. There are a huge number of "batch" features and adjustment features which are not documented and are non-intuitive. But even if you don't believe me, look at the review title: Scan 300 page book in 10 minutes??? Nobody could even turn the pages that fast let alone align and scan a book.
Thanks for this. These UA-cam Tupperware salesmen pretending to be reviewers has become so tedious. They just sales reps effectively. Ok but be honest about it

Great and comprehensive video. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Can the phone app do ocr to word?
Is the scanner capable of stitching the images together? I ask because I enjoy that feature of being able to scroll through a book

Why watch a video on this product, then come and tout some other product? Stop it please.
I had one before, I give it free to other people, it cant get rid of the finger image holding the pages.
