For some people, the fact that Emily and Hannah, the only two characters who have red hair, turning out to be related, isn't really that surprising. There's a blink and miss it line about them having an older daughter, though.
I really like Now You See Me. It’s a fun, low stakes movie. The story itself doesn’t make a lot of sense. But it’s just so much fun to watch that it doesn’t matter to me.
For Shutter Island the second twist of Laeddis choosing to be "insane" even after the roll play, just so that he can be lobotomized to not remember anymore is so sad.
By the time the Gone Girl movie came out, didn’t pretty much everyone already know the twist based on all of the attention that the book got? I saw the movie mostly to see how the premise and twist were rendered cinematically. Good movie, just don’t think the twist was the point at that stage.
I wouldn't mind twist lists without the Now You See Me entry. I have never watched that movie nor plan to, and in every ranking it reveals that the reveal made no fucking sense. Maybe just do entries that are appropriate, like Gone Girl.
Lucky Number Sleven is one of my favorites. Love watching with friends who haven't seen it yet to see their reactions when the reveal happens.
dude it's plot twist is on par with the usual suspects as far as i'm concerned, it's soooo good!!
It’s a movie till this day I will always recommend to anyone
I would put Book of Eli to the list
Oh absolutely to find out at the end of the movie that he was blind the entire time was a shocker.
Yeah fr I don’t think anyone saw that coming
@@trentl1855 I see* what you did there
Some not mentioned:-
The Usual Suspects - The twist at the end 😮
Se7en - The killer gives himself up.
High Tension - The killer reveal.
When you realize whats really going on in Shutter Island, it really flips the whole story line. Great movie.

I’d say that Hal slept with the teacher was equally surprising 😂
I love Lucky Number Slevin
The reveal for Lucky Number Slevin didnt happen though till the very end, thats what made the film so good
The Aaron/Roy reveal in Primal Fear didn't even get an honorable mention? Really??
That would have made it the third or fourth time mentioning it.
i'm so glad to see lucky number slevin get some love. most people leave it out of plot twist lists and it drives me fucking crazy.

Did..... anyone else notice Mark Ruffalo is in alot of these?
Same for Samuel L. Jackson
As much as I will always love The Cornetto trilogy, Scott Pilgrim & Baby Driver are peak craft.
Man Shutter Island was nuts man. That movie got me good
I love the fact that the Gone Girl film didn't "Hollywoodise" the ending of the book!
Favorite Edgar Wright movie it's a tie between Hot Fuzz and Scott Pilgrim
1:45 I believe you meant to say “first FEATURE FILM collaboration”
How is it even possible for a UK UA-cam channel to forget about Spaced????
Sorry To Bother You: Bathroom Break
The usual suspects should have made the list.
VIKI had me spinning when it first happened!!! 😊
The Spanish Prisoner
I do love the now you see me twist. The twist in the sequel wasn’t good by comparison.
They tried pulling the same trick and failed. In the sequel it makes no sense.
Whatculture did a list of movie reveals and didnt mention fight club???
The "Us" reveal was so obvious. How could you not see that coming?
I read "Gone Girl" and can never get back that time :/ neither Nick nor Amy were remotely likeable
So you never actually saw Now You See me. Knowing the twist, rewatch it and you’ll understand why you are wrong.
Finkel is Einhorn, Einhorn is Finkle! Ace Ventura yo!

Scott Pilgrim vs the World & Baby Driver are my FAVORITE EW films!!!

us was really stupid and obvious
Don’t you mean “I am” stupid?
.
Greatest character reveal in history is Hulk Hogan as the 3rd man
Except Bobby Heenan suggested it before Hogan entered the ring.
Now You See Me's reveal was crap AND bad.
Yeah, I gave up on the film after that reveal.
Ninth configuration
i loved shaun of the dead, hot fuzz and worlds end were terrible
lol I've only watched "shaun of the dead" and "world's end" once, but absolutely love "hot fuzz" - the wonder of different opinions!
Every one is entitled to their opinion.
