I shop at Trader Joe’s and spend 80 and it last me for 10-14,days. I meal pre also. I cook on scheduled days this also keeps me on track from over eating

Me too! I never really paid much attention to how much money I was paying for subscriptions a month! Once I added them up, I was sick! Lol! & yes! I can’t wait to get that video out for you guys! ❤️

How I made sure to get my savings to a healthy place is by firstly doing an audit of my expenditure and then telling myself the truth about how much I can really afford to save. I could save more than I was. So I set up a direct debit from my current account to my savings account for a particular amount. That direct debit comes out the same day I get paid so that way, the money never even sits in my current account for me to spend it. And whatever is left in my current account is just what I’m going to have to use until the next pay day.
Doing this, I found out that I still have money left over at the end of the month to spend so every once in a while, I will clear what’s leftover in my current account and shift that to my savings.
I also increase the saving direct debit whenever you get a pay rise - lifestyle inflation will not catch me
Where I bank they save my change n put it in my savings.... My account is like wow change is dollars. I don't have cable you doing everything right in my book excellent advice❤❤❤❤❤

I use xfinity too, never had an issue with them.....but explain the $50 a week sis cause the way these prices are set up i cant see it. I eat at home/ cook 6 days a week 1 day is fast food day.
Xfinity is the goat, people can say what they want! Lol, it’s never given me any problems at all! & that bill be amazing every month 😂 & yesssss! I’m definitely gonna be exposing what I do for groceries! I can’t wait!
I’m Kenyan and we do table banking or Chama in our country. A group of women come together pull in a weekly, biweekly or monthly payment and divide it to two 2️⃣ or 3️⃣ people depending on the number of women. We believe that out of sight out of mind hence no wasteful spending. Right now we’re a group of 20 women 300$ every two weeks. We give 300k to four women per month. I took two slots so I’m getting 6000 when my turn comes. We continue with the same tradition whenever we’re 🇺🇸 or any part of the world.I know a certain group that do 5k per month and at the end you receive 35k.

My favorite hack is the payday rollover! I do it all the time. Every now and then I use the payday leftovers to treat myself instead of saving it.
