My computer is called slartie bartfast . I have tried the up close strikes and my favorite is repeated quick rifle strikes because I can keep two hands on the cane for more power and use each end to block I also move my hand a bit further down the cane from the crook so if I get a bit of space it is easier to get a good swing.I should say a rifle strike to me is when you have two hands on the cane one at either end and push forward in a horizontal position.
