Have you tried a Blizzard 900 ACE?
Nah. My Phazer XTX is worth WAY more to me now that they're not making it anymore. The only thing that would make me trade her in is if they came out with an even lighter version, which is what I was hoping for.
Yamaha needs to stick with what they're good at...building dirtbikes. There is very little use for a 4 stroke sled unless all you do is trail ride
I ride back roads and some trail. A four stroke is nice because its reliable and I can hold it wide open without worrying that I'll melt a piston. Ski doo.....
i Would rather melt a piston then throw a timing assembly or have to pay a dealer to adjust your valves, you had better hope something don’t go wrong because if it does your sled is worthless at Yamahas parts pricing that’s if you can even get the parts,
2 Stoke back pleease i
Don't let the cat chassis fool u If u work on these sleds you'll think there junk too with the cheezy bearing and snap ring set up and the guy below that said that yamaha doesn't stand up to there warranty he nailed it lol JUNK!!!!!!
interesting that yamaha has basically said fuck it for snowmobiles lol.. its an arctic cat with a yamaha motor.. which should be good but its kinda heavy.. good news is they are reliable
I like how all you girls bitching about Yamaha go buy ur skidoos. And you'll be parting and selling them in pieces for a sled that is not very old
I have to say. What a disappointment!!! Yamaha bring back a fuel injected triple!!!! Even the new SRX looks like a girlish girls sled now. You built the sled for what? Go straight and fast? Anyone with a turbocharged sled can beat it with some tuning! The rest??? You pull it out every time it gets stuck!
STOP building the sleds if your not going to build anything the public wants!!!!
Kids sled, great build it 10 years to late!
Build a 600cc twin fuel injected two stroke!!!
Build a 800cc triple fuel injected two stroke!!! For the ruff stuff!!! Call it the SX Viper SS!!! Make it so it can compete in competition races!!!
Build a 800cc triple crossover and mountain sled!
Build your four stroke two up and a crossover.
Build Your utility sled.
Build your SRX four stroke, but to compete with today’s sleds you had better bump that power up to 250hp.
Fire your hole marketing team and start over with fresh young ideas!! Because the way it looks, you have a 90 year old woman designing your sleds top to bottom that does not compete in anything other than bingo!
This is a insult to anyone that ever owed a SRX or SX viper tuned properly with triple pipes and the Ohlins shocks. Not even the apex could keep up to it with 150hp. The SX viper design graphics were far better than anything you have now! I have been waiting for you to build a comparable sled since 2004!! Fire the ostrich running the show! AND GETTO BUILDING!!!! Otherwise I will be forced to buy another manufacturer,s sled. As sad as it is to say. I Really hope Yamaha sees this review along with all the other comments. Truthfully if your not going to change, just flat out stop building sleds. Ok just had to vent.
Go ski doo 900 ace turbo
Maybe you should get out of the sport.
@@waynepaider3614 maybe you should try a real sled
We have a ZR 200 for those that don't know it is sled for sled with the sno-scoot those two manufactures should be embarrassed.
For such a BIG NAME Company.....you have forgotten the public's demand.........SAD DAY!!!!! someone in marketing needs to be fired!!!!!!
Yamaha canada does not honor warrenty for there POS vehicles. DO NOT BUY THERE VEHICLES
really SRX what a joke, they are destroying the name.
So let me get this right. 1 body and 1 engine. Jesus yamaha. What the fuck!!!. Step up Yamaha or you will be done.
Worse launch video ever.
Ну кто купит это "Гэ". гроб конкретный.
После 850ки скиду у Амана ваще не о чём
Arctic cat!!!!
Fancy arctic cats lol ... jeeze yamaha .. make your own sled lol
Wtf where is the mtx with aplha rail ??? 🤮🤮🤮🤮
This is so sad, can we hit 50 likes?
Lame ass crap, I finally am going to purchase a new sled and Yamaha decides not to build a mountain sled this year!
@Don Olypopper Skidoo is made in eastern canada and supported by the liberals heavily, no more do I support them and not enough HP. Steering post sounds like loctite fixable or lock nuts.
Re mortgage your house

Those are some ugly sleds !
I really don't like these yamacats. The reason people bought YAMAHA is because they build the best toys. To try and fool us into riding YAMAHA powered CAT junk is bullshit. I'd only buy a vk professional or vk540 or the rs venture because they are the only real YAMAHA sleds shown here. I grew up on YAMAHA and I looked st kids riding cats like they were the poor kids riding junk. I wont ride junk. Sorry but my blood is blue not green n purple n orange mess of colours.
