This is a testament to how well written the song is. Hearing it stripped down helps us appreciate its beauty. Korn wrote some really cool songs. Hearing their unplugged album is also another situation like this.

Some of their original songs make Amy much more badass than this. A bit of growling or screaming goes a long way to drop a qualificative as badass, imho.
