I guess the reason I didn't spray it was because if we had to go back later to do touch ups with a roller it tends to show A different texture... That being said sometimes we do spray the ceiling...

If the ceiling was wood and you were cutting in with this tool would it accidental paint the wood on the cut lines? I have a 30 foot wall to do.
