    England fighters are serious because firearms are not allowed. Unlike some of the cowards in the United States who start trouble and then run and hide behind a gun.

    I just wanted to say that your content is amazing. I've never come across a karate channel like yours! You show how to use Kata as real life fighting situations and what to do because when I first did Kata I didn't know how to use them properly in a fight but now you've showed me and I understand alot more, thank you oss!

      Which is one style I have never trained :-) Ultimately, what works is determined by the human body and the nature of combat. Kyokushin generally places a high priority on functionality, so I’m pleased you see those similarities.

    Below the belt, the movement looks similar to kettlebell swing / snatch. Do you do kettlebell work? Just curious.

      I don't. I would have expected that there would be some crossover in developing the various dynamic forces though.

    Karate is too much talking, its very different with boxing
