well, any 50 year old black woman might not look like she cracked, but she sags... eyes droop, cheeks sag... that's how you can tell. Or most people for that matter. Sandra Bullock has naturally a narrow face with an extreme jawline so that youthful look remains longer - but trust me, when you see her in real life, you won't confuse her for a 25 year old.
Sandra has definitely aged. You should see her without the dark makeup.
