Hey Sandro, how are you doing now? The normal dose of Rifampin is not enough or using Rifabutin instead, and you have to combine it with something like Clarithromycin - that is Dr. Mozayenis protocol and he is the best Bartonella doctor in the world currently. You have to treat for a very long time.
