I have been wearing hard arch support for years… no one has ever mentioned anything like this. I’ll give it a try
It really is a hip problem. Weakness or inhibition in any of the gluteal muscles.
I tried it and I saw immediate results
Great to hear Tracey!
I have had flat feet for years and my knees rotate inward. I have what's called duck feet and use a custom made insert for my shoes. I also had low back pain and hip pain. I tried this and felt better!
❤️❤️
A doctor would’ve prescribed me a shoe that he receives commission for, this video can literally cure people more than a doctor can. It also helps with posture and bad posture is correlated with vision problems.
🤓
What I thought what a hip/left buttock and low back problem that disabled me. I believe now comes from my foot it feels for 23 yrs my arch falls in. Causing massive knee pain and back of knee extreme tightness with hip, groin, left buttock and left low back pain. Something in the ankle pops and around it feels so tight and when it pops my whole leg feels normal for a few hrs but then right back to pain and abnormal. I think it’s all related to collapsed arch and started at 11 now 45 when they put a cast with a hump on bottom when I fractured my leg. My whole leg feels wrong and shredded then why when I roll my arch out my whole leg including my knee, hip, groin, left buttock and si feel better.
🤓
injured my arch a couple months ago, been using arch support for a couple of weeks and started using static bike, i already can feel my foot almost painless now. ... strengthen the leg muscles is important but make sure you're wearing the arch support at the same time because you don't want to overused your injured foot while it's healing.
Actual acute damage to the arch changes the immediate goals when compared to pure mechanical dysfunction. Short term support may help some while it physically heals, before trying to transition away from it eventually once things feel more normal again.
Squats are too painful
There are a lot of different variations, and options to choose from to see which one might feel the best! Depending on what hurts or feels painful, things like sit to stands, box squats, mini squats, etc. Might be an option.
So how exactly do i excersize to fix this?
thank god,i found this wonderful video❤
Glad it resonated John!
great info
But it could actually be an arch problem right?Because some people do an arch surgery and get better after that
Everyone’s different of course, it’s just worth optimising your leg mechanics first to see if it’s purely a mechanical consequence
Spot on! Thank you 🙏
🤓
Hey, just wanted to say. nice loop on the video 👍🏼
Thanks mate! Hope the video was helpful!
i literally have 0 arch in my foot even when i do that exercise you showed
You may need a more tailored approach beyond the general basic mechanics
Squats with an ankle fusion....mmmm?
Traditional squats with an ankle fusion can certainly be more difficult, but there are an infinite number of variations that might help instead. Squats with heels elevated on a block, box squats, lunge type movements etc may all be suitable variations for someone with limited ankle mobility.
