Hello @sparks5, the failure to receive transaction alerts could be because of poor network, blocking of promotional messages or the contact/phone number that was captured on the account not being available. We advise you to activate them by dialing *196# OK and allow all on the exact contact provided at Accounts opening. If you have already done so and still unable to receive alerts, follow the procedure below to unblock them. 1.Open the message folder 2.Go to settings by clicking on the three dots or lines on the side of the folder 3.Select option of Spam & Blocked or Blocked numbers and messages 4.Select Blocked messages to view the blocked numbers 5.Click on Centenary if it is among the blocked messages and you will receive a pop up with "unblock" or "Not spam" 6.Click on "unblock" or "Not spam" in the pop up to unblock the messages. ^AJ.

Hello @RuthKobusingye-xn2bv, our sincere apologies for the delayed response. Since you are abroad, you can make a PIN reset request by email to info@centenarybank.co.ug and share proof by providing a scanned copy of your National ID, Passport and a stamped Visa page/foreign residential ID/ work permit to enable us send you the PIN reset form online. ^AJ.
