  • The model or pattern of the grinding machine armature winding is different. This is one of several models or patterns.
    The order of the coils is exactly the same as the original. Only the diameter of the wire and the number of turns differ. Because I modify for brushed dc motor.

    Saya belajar gulung ulang armature ini sekitar 5 tahun yang lalu dari video tutorial UA-cam asal INDIA, meski bahasa-nya tidak saya pahami, tapi dengan sering menonton berulang-ulang akhirnya saya pahami bagaimana menggulung ulang armature...
    Dulu saya punya teman yang memang bisa menggulung ulang armature, namun untuk belajar langsung dari beliau sepertinya tidak seperti yang saya harapkan...Dari beliau saya belajar bagaimana membersihkan armature sebelum digulung ulang...namun untuk teknik menggulung ulang saya belajar dari channel UA-cam asal INDIA...
    Disana dengan jelas disampaikan cara menggulung dari awal hingga finishing...dan alhamdulillah saya dapatkan kuncinya hingga saya gunakan teknik tersebut hingga sekarang...
    Jika kita mau...masih banyak teman-teman diluar sana yang mau berbagi ilmu seperti mas Kuncir ini...
    Semakin sering memberi ilmu dan pengalaman, maka semakin bertambah ilmu dan pengalaman kita....

      Saya dari nonton beberap video juga.
      Dan sedikit pengalaman gulung ulang armature kecil dan sederhana. Kalau dipahami sungguh2, ternyata hampir2 sama. Kalau yang sejenis armature ini ternyata kuncinya di ujung kawat koil terakhir.
      Di tutorial ini saya bikin sedikit berbeda agar mudah dipahami, menurut saya 😂😂.
      Dari pengelompokan komutator dan kutub rotor (angka dan warna), juga penggunaan warna benang yang berbeda agar mudah dipahami saat pergantian kelompok koil yang satu dan yang dua.

      Sampai saat ini saya urung niat upload video tutorial gulung armature versi saya karena itu...saya belum bisa membuat video yang isinya jelas tidak membuat penonton bingung....soalnya kalau ditanya yang menjurus ke teorikan kita pusing juga...toh kita belajar otodidak, bukan belajar dari kelas teori hehehehehe....

    I wound the Makita 9555HN rotor, it sparks and rotates in the opposite direction. I don't know where I'm going wrong or the displacement is something different.

      Memang betul mas....
      kalau kita lihat bisa membuat pusing kepala, apalagi banyak jalur yang harus dihubungkan, jika salah saat menghubungkan bisa sia-sia pekerjaan yang kita lakukan....
      Tapi kalau sekedar info bahwa armature yang rusak bisa kita perbaiki...video ini sangat bermanfaat....

      @@YudiHermanto4H Betul mas...teknik saya menggulung angker berbeda dengan teman-teman teknisi di kota kami ini, ya mirip seperti tutorial yang mas sajikan....kalau teknik saya berbada, namun teknik yang mas gunakan juga sudah kami pelajari, intinya sama saja, hanya kepraktisan dan teknik saja yang beda...
      Saya pernah mau coba buat tutorialnya dengan teknik saya...tapi setelah saya edit ternyata memang butuh durasi panjang dan jika tidak hati-hati menjelaskan teman-teman bisa bingung ntar hehehehehe...jadinya tidak pernah saya publish...

    Nice video though I have a question here plz, suppose I get an armature without old winding how can I rewind in the direction I want? I.e so that it can rotate either clockwise or anticlockwise?

      What you need to pay attention to is the commutator with the rotor slot. Must be the same as in the video. Because there are different ways of wrapping it. The winding direction is all the same, clockwise.

      Ok mas bro...ukuran kawat disesuaikan aslinya ya. Sebenarnya secara umum hampir sama. Perhatikan komutator dengan slotnya, ada yang strip/tembaga komutator lurus dengan slot/lubang armatur dan ada yang gap tembaga komutatornya yang lurus/segaris dengan slot/lubang armatur/anker.

      Kalau yang jenis ini saya kurang tau/belum pernah coba. Kalau untuk membalik arah putaran biasanya mengubah suplai tegangan yang ke karbon jika disuplai tegangan DC. Kalau disuplai tegangan AC, menukar/membalik kabel yang dari kumparan stator ke karbon brush.

      Sebenarnya tinggal ikuti lilitan aslinya tapi pakai kawat yang lebih besar, antara 0.7-08mm.

      @@begaloleng3392 coba dicek komutatornya sama dengan yg di video ini atau enggak. Kalau sama tinggal ikuti yang di video ini.
      Komutator ada dua macam ada yang tembaganya lurus dengan alur/slot rotor ada yang enggak.

      You use 0.25mm diameter wire. The number of turns you equate to the original.

      Now, the original is powered at 110 Vac. It was a sewing machine used in the United States where the electrical network is 110 Vac. I would like to modify for a voltage at 220 Vac. I ask if I can send it to you to do this job. Evidently paying what you ask for.
