Sam's Club has one that's animated and a few dollars cheaper, but it's only 10 ft and has a robe to hide it's 3 heads. My Home Depot Skelly was delivered today. Granddaughter coming tomorrow to put it together.
So the two days before Halloween two accident happens number one my aunts 12 foot skeleton so try to made it hold a flag, and then the arm broke off so we had tape on the next day I told my arm put weight on it, so it doesn’t fall over and she said it won’t fall over guess what the whole rib cage broke. It wasn’t fully broken, but it was broken.😢
Hey question how do you keep the eyes on all the time? I plugged the lighting function and the eyes only will turn on with the sensor at night… did u do any set up or just on and off
I got the light kit that goes in chest have you gotten it seems like it only comes on with motion have you tried it if so is there a way to get lights to stay on all the time
Well I can’t remember exactly but I remember you don’t use the red wire just black and white I’m not sure what you plug into red more lights maybe I really don’t no
I nabbed Skelly 2.0 on day 1 on the floor still wrapped on a pallet at HD, early August. Yesterday, I bought the LED rib cage light, installed it and can’t figure out how to plug it in. Wiring must have been made for last years’ model? Can you help?
I have the same issue. I can’t see to figure how to plug in the light kit to where it stays on continuously. It is currently only motion activated. Let me know if you figure how to fix this. I might just return light kit if it doesn’t work.
We plugged one of the two wires into the one red auxiliary wire and it worked for awhile but doesn’t work now. It may be that I used the wrong wire when I set him back up in my yard after taking him down at my camp site. I guess I’ll have to bring it down again and try the other wire.
@@CartersonthecapeI see there are some questions in relation to my main question. The rib cage LED light has 2 cable ends, Skelly has 3, one for an accessory. Do you by chance know how it is supposed to be plugged in?
Anyone having trouble with the lighting kit to remain on with this new skelly? It seems it only turns on with the sensor. If I change settings to always on it doesn’t turn on at all (the kit). Anyone can help me
I had trouble also. It seems that the metal brackets have to be lined up precisely and evenly. It takes 2 people and we finally got it lined up to lock in place.

Your son's laughter, joy, and excitement made this video 100% better!😊
He’s the best 😁
The Mother looking from the window….priceless. My goto diy vid for when I get the 2.0. Be nice to see the optional interior chest piece lighting.
I love the look of this guy, and his heart eyes are just hilarious.💀🪦
Great Unboxing video Carters.🎃✨
I love it!! it looks amazing in your yard!!! Best of the best!!! 🕷️🦇🕸️🎃👻
Just got our skelly 2.0! Anyways to keep the lights to stay on when turning it on from a smart switch? Keep having to turn in on manually

I’ve got one downstairs in the garage I just picked up yesterday evening. I plan on putting it up Sept 1st

That’s disappointing!
Give him an arm brace as if he broke his bone...which he did
I just purchased! But question: what’s your experience with Skelly in the wind? Do you have to lay him down?
I lay him down if the wind gets over 40mph. I use 50lb sand bags on the base (2 of them) but I still lay him down if the winds get too strong
@@Cartersonthecapethank you!!!

So, how do you store him when Halloween is over? Am I understanding that you completely strip him down an keep the box, correct?
I stuff him into a 9ft Christmas tree bag. I hang the base on the wall
How about you return and get the new 12 foot skeleton that moved the head you should definitely return it
Ordered servo Skelly this morning!
Did you order from Home Depot web sit I want it I’m hooked now lol
Did you see Home Depot is coming out with one that has a moving head? I wonder if the extra plug is for an add on that’ll make his head move 🤔👀
I did not! I’ll have to keep an eye out for that!
Great video! I can't find it online. 😢 is it available yet?
today is the day. It’s supposed to start at 5 am but could be at anytime.
So asides from the new coloring and the eyes, what's new about skelly?
That’s it.
@Cartersonthecape I need to get a skelly 2.0, my 1.0 was a floor model and he is falling apart, then again he wasn't the best version when I got him
Does your timer function setting work fine? Only motion sensor is working on mine. Ehh
I haven’t tried it personally. I have them all set up on a central timer
What are the dimensions of the box? I am trying to ship it over seas but not sure if it’s too big to be sent by mail.
Took mine back after 3 hrs of assembly. Don’t waste your money

So the torso don’t light up?
You have two versions. The non torso lights up, and the torso lights up. small price difference.
Thank You
Why does it look cold over there already
Right here I am in Arizona still facing 110 temps 🥲
Does the chest light kit work on this model?
Yes it does
I cannot get my light kit to work with my 2024 model any suggestions?

I tried this because I got this question a lot. Had no issues with the light kit and servo Skelly. Not sure if the Skelly 2.0 is different
The rib cage is causing me grief. I can't get the stupid thing to go on very easily
