God, finally a Chucky. As a fan of Chucky and someone who absolutely LOVES vampires, I'm eating good this year. The pirate looks amazing as well. We don't get enough pirates. HD has been fucking KILLING it these last few years.
Home Depot has secured themselves as the go to for holiday animatronics. I brought two last year for Christmas, and plan on picking up two this year for Halloween. They are for sure top tier; even better than Spirit Halloween
This lineup is awesome. I really like how versatile a couple different props have been this year. We also have more unique prop themes like nautical or giant insects. The Fear Valley Wolf could work in a demonic theme and it even reminded me a bit of Pet Semetary. That Chucky is great,would be cool to see more Servo horror characters.
Finally, a real looking Frankenstein i made my own animatronic Frankenstein back in the 80s he was over 8' and bent down over the kids but had a hard time finding a real looking mask Love how he all moves

It’s a strong hand. “Wild Bill” Hickok held it in a 5-card stud game when he was shot in the back of the head and died instantly at the table. Trivia: Garret Dillahunt (He auditioned for the role of Negan on The Walking Dead) played Jack McCall who shot Wild Bill played by Keith Carradine in the Deadwood TV Series. Dillahunt was John Dorie and Carradine was his father in Fear the Walking Dead. Kim Dickens and Dayton Callie were also in both shows. And that is a unique Skeleton Prop. It’s rare that one can sit or stand. Overall some good stuff. The Witch face is well done.
I'm definitely grabbing the stackable Clowns. Only cause I have the killer Klowns from outer space costume and having that on my front lawn will fit. Plus the tree, plus the pumpkin archway. And my number 1 the levitating reaper for sure! And one more thing. Where are the stackable pumpkin set? They aren't having any this year?

You are right, Captain Cuts is on par with Disney theme park animatronics. But Fear Valley Wolf has to be my favorite. It reminds me a lot of the zombie dogs(Cerberus) from Resident Evil; the fur and pieces of flesh are also quite brutal and superb.
I've been building licensed characters from scratch for years for my display. Nice to finally see companies secure the rights to build characters such as Chucky.
I'm so excited for the NBC Zero dog to be released online and hopefully in the stores later on too, he will look perfect next to the 13 foot Jack Skellington, the newer version of the skeleton and his skeleton dog look awesome together too, I'm crossing my fingers and really hoping that I'm able to purchase them all tomorrow if that means I have to stay up all night long lol.......
as someone who doesn't have a clown prop yet, i really don't mind how 'generic' carl is. i'm really considering picking him up actually, especially for that price. i also appreciate the derpy-ness you mentioned, it's like something you'd see in a nightmare sequence in a family movie imo (and honestly i prefer him alone over the clowns spirit has this year whoops))
The Wolf Animatronic kind of reminds me of the huge black dog that Sirius Black turns into in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban! Except that it looks like Lupin attacked him during a fight.

I have the plague doctor. It's one of my favorite things to cosplay as so naturally I gravitated toward him. He is the first Halloween animatronic I have ever owned and he's pretty freaking dope 😁
God, this video makes me wish I had a place of my own and the money to get one of these animatronics for halloween. I have always been interested in animatronics ever since getting into FNAF and loving seeing custom animatronics made of them. I would absolutely get the pirate one and the wolf if I could, I just love how they look, they're SO detailed and amazing!!
Carnival Carl could possibly be improved with a repaint with flexible mask paint. Give him a more creepy face paint job. Or Give him a total overhaul... skin color paint but sallow and deadish. Redress him in clothing from the big and tall section of the thrift shop. Give him new hair but greasy it up make it dirty and unkempt. Make him just a wild eyed hammer weilding killer. He would be a fun project if you could get him end of season marked down.

I love the variety this year and the prices give multiple options for customers with varying budgets. It's hard to pick a favorite, and I'm a huge fan of servos, so I really wish they would have used that tech for the vampire. I think I will go with the Knight Dullahan, Irish horseman, as my top pic.
I might sound a bit pretentious here, so please excuse me… Boris Karloff’s portrayal of Frankenstein’s monster is rightfully iconic. Though I hope that someday we’ll get a Frankenstein’s monster prop that takes inspiration from the novel and even says some of the monster’s quotes
I think this is the best year for animatronics we've had in a while. Between Spirit and Home Depot quite a few original annies. I typically don't care for clown props but I kinda like that mask like material face on the 8.5 clown.

I disagree, i like the lights around the plague Doctor. I don't think he'd stand out as well without them at night & it also gives it a Burton kinda vibe
You can always buy the cheaper ones and revamp them for like an extra $50 or $100 bucks and it'll be custom and 1 of a kind. Beter wigs, repainting, adding lighting, different clothes from goodwill ect., replacing fake weapons with more realistic or real weapons. All kinds of possibilities.
