A RETURN TO LUSKENTYRE BEACH FOR ANOTHER CAMP IN THIS AMAZING PLACE, OUR HEBRIDEAN TRIP WENT REALLY WELL, THIS WAS THE FIRST NIGHT, I ONLY FILMED A LITTLE BIT AS WE HAVE BEEN BEFORE AND JUST WANTED TO RELAX, THE NEXT VIDEO IS FROM A REMOTE BOTHY WHICH HAD A TOUGH HIKE IN. ONLY 2 VIDEOS OF THE TRIP.

Always wanted to go to the Isle of Harris and seeing this has made me want to go more. The views were amazing as was the beach and tranquilly. Bug free burgers, with BBQ sauce and cheese, it does not get much better. The 20:10 view was even better, loved the refection on the Loch and blessed was an understatement - two days bug free and rain free in the Highlands wow! Cheers Alan
Absolutely get yourself there. It’s easy to reach. Well worth the journey. We got so lucky with the weather and midges. All in all we said it was a near perfect trip.

Mate what a location - would love to hike around that area for days on end, without a care in the world and no time pressure. Stunning - ATB (PS, did you only have 4 wind ropes out on the tent - no spare wind ropes ?)
It’s a great place. We will go back I reckon.
Need a month to explore it all. We had ferry times to meet once but after that no pressures at all. It was really needed and relaxing. No need wind rope. There was no wind to rope against. I’m carry wind lines from now.

Absolutely fabulous that, I remember your video from the last time you were up there. An amazing place to camp. Is that a cemetetry near your pitch? That gives it an extra evocation of past times and the lives that have been lived there. Great stuff👍👍

Bit disappointed in the lightweight collection of evening n night time beverages you had compared to the heavy weights of your weekly England trips but I suppose that’s the price you have to pay for the Scottish alcohol tax and the fact they had to import those ENGLISH burhergars from over the border too…they were a bit oricey to say they’ve got Aberdeen Angus in the country…lol

The burgers were spot on like. Really good. Baffling about the local produce. Suppose it’s all cost. We exceeded expectations on this trip. Was a winner. Weather. Midges. The lot. Cheers for watching mate. Atb. 👍

Braw Andy! i'm headinng up the NC end of June, might just get the ferry to Harris and have a few days there, taking my hot tent, how close can i get my car to the beach? or is it possible to unhitch the trailer and wheely it down, the kit is far to heavy to carry, ATB.
Loved it here mark. You can park about 400 yards away. Up over the dunes. Not sure you’d get the trailer down. A couple of trips will be nowt though. It’s not far to walk at all. 👍
Mint hew, isle of the midnight sun, im suprised theres not loads of people, mind its not as easy to get to compred to the busy queues on the lakes sumits.

We hardly saw anyone like. Huge beach so plenty space. Aye we had 1 night with a few midge. That was it. Absolutely mint. I want to be back. 👍

@@AndyWardle Arran for the win Andy.......Skye, Mull, Islay are all mint as are the outer Hebrides (as you know) but Arran has good mountains too and its a skoosh in terms of access. Less than 2 hours for you to the Ferry terminal. Take the car or just ditch the car. Epic mini adventures await. I'm never away from the place and its superb.

@@TrevsOutdoorsandWellbeing went for a week. from uig on skye. Then to Berneray on the ferry ⛴️. Worked out cheaper than oban route

Nowt wring eith a quickie!! What a location mate. 10.10pm and still light, its mad there, i remember me and charlies parked up in Glencoe for the night and it was 11pm still light, madness!
Fab camp food and a great Campfire to sit round for the evening. Loves it
Aye the sun was back 3 hours later 😂 what a place. Mate there’s loads of camper van spaces. Pull ins and lay-bys. No restrictions at all. I’m wanting to go back in my van. I’d miss wee Rab though 😂 we had such a good trip. 👍
