National militaries have a place and should absolutely exist, but in instances like this, contractors are the best for the job.

Alot of russian kit is overblown in how good it actually is. But fuck me the hind is probably one of the best pieces of hardware they ever came up with. The SA upgrade for these makes them monsters

I was wondering about the French Gunner, Fred's MAG looks mounted securely on the pintle and the Frenchy's MAG is recoiling way too much not mounted properly?
@@pohfromipoh probably Fred handle the recoil but the French let the recoil pull back the gun and let the bipod do its job

Dude I love the Hind. Apache level firepower with door guns and transport capability? Heck yeah. Sure there’s not nearly as good optics, but this suckers got the dakka to get the job done. Not even to mention the brilliant aerodynamics of this beast. Russia has some fire choppers.

Probably too expensive. The 25mm is only good on armored vehicles. The rockets and side door machine guns are perfect for anti personnel.

@@Ltblitzful it's a Mi24V model so it has a 12.7mm Yak-B minigun mounted. Would actually be more economical to use instead of the 80mm
Crew resources would be limited in that area. They likely can't find a guy qualified to serve as a front seat gunner.
On second look, it looks like they've stuck the camera guy in the gunner's seat. So that answers the question 😂😂
Its so hard to get employed these days even with prior contracting and military experience you have to be either English USA Australian or NZ SF for over 5 years to get any kind of contract they totally forgot about us eastern europeans.
