      Hello! I wanted to let you know of a murder that happened in the town I graduated from. I had a class with the man who decapitated his wife in Waller, Texas. Her name was Anggy Diaz and his name is James Dicus. There was also the death of 12 year old Jocelyn Nungaray (I know her grandmother Melfri Vargas) who was SA’d and strangled by two Venezuelan migrants Johan Jose Rangel Martinez and Franklin Jose Pena Ramos in Harris County.

      -Maybe I missed it, but did she lose her license? Ignoring medical needs of your own child ought to qualify for loss of license. If she ignored her own child, what is she ignoring in regard to her patients?

    • @Phoenixrising1925
      @Phoenixrising1925 27 днів тому +32

      Yes!! I have 3 things to say regarding nursing! As soon as I heard she didn’t necessarily have the skills for the neuro assessment I wanted to be like first off, skills to assess someone for a head injury are basic and are taught to brand new nurses in school. I taught that to students at clinicals when I taught as an adjunct faculty for my local community college. You have to be able to do a pretty thorough assessment of all the body systems to graduate nursing school and then to pass the boards. Then secondly she is a critical care nurse!!??!!??!! She would have greatly increased knowledge in neuro assessments, which makes the whole thing even worse. She just obviously didn’t care about her daughter. She wanted to keep her for the child support checks, but was annoyed and didn’t want to actually deal with the child. People like that make me physically sick. If you don’t want her, give her to her dad. Nurses make good money, stop being greedy. If you’re that hard up, do traveling. You can make as much as doctors if you don’t care where they send you and what you’ll be doing. Also on another note - even if she’s listed under the child abuse registry that doesn’t mean she can’t work as a nurse anymore, as horrible as that sounds. All that means is that she can’t work with infants or children. Having the child abuse listed may not even affect her license or job at all depending on her current job contract. She doesn’t work with pediatrics so more than likely sadly nothing will change with her work for her.

What is different about them that they can do these horrible things that me and very nearly everyone else cannot even fathom and would never do. Is there a difference at all, or does such evil reside in all of us. It's such depressing stuff to think about. But eventually I came to the conclusion that no, all ppl have a good and a bad side, but evil like that is completely different. The ones that do this may look like you or me, however the similarities end there. We have a soul inside, ALL people do, but they aren't people. They are something else, underneath their mask is the face of evil and nothing more.

      @massivel 26 днів тому +14

      Yeah the mothers behavior around the funeral is textbook for abusers. They obsessively control and isolate their victims even after they are dead bc they hate their victims almost as much as they hate to see people showing love to said victim. Love/care from outside forces can weaken your control on a victim. it can also weaken whatever image of that victim the abuser created (yk how abusers like to paint a certain "picture" of what their victims are like to outsiders in order to discredit and dehumanize them). The funeral seemed to be the mothers last attempt at exerting control over the thing she hated most. Not letting the father attend the funeral isolated Stevie one last time. Making the headstone all about herself took Stevies voice away one last time. preventing the paternal family from saying goodbye took Stevies power away one last time.

      I'm not defending the mother in this case at all, because I truly believe she was responsible for what happened to her daughter, but in many cases it's not that simple. while that sounds reasonable in theory, the reality is that leaving an abusive partner can be extremely dangerous. statistically, the period during and immediately after a victim is leaving their abuser is when the most instances of fatal domestic violence occur. While I absolutely agree that if a partner puts your child at risk of harm you need to end the relationship, it may be even more dangerous to you and/or your child to attempt to force the abuser to leave that way. reaching out to family, friends, and domestic violence support organizations and covertly making an escape plan for your children and yourself is the safest course of action.

    Gary is too good of a person. That Abigail is a horrible individual. Her nursing license should be rescinded. After Gary allowed that wretched witch to attend the funeral, she turned around and shafted him and his family regarding the burial. Then she had the gall to place those self-serving, hollow words on the tombstone. Gary was the ONLY parent that loved Stevie. Abigail brought that maniacal Joseph into that baby's life to terrorize her. She failed in her duty to get her child urgent medical care, which also indicates that any medical facility that considers hiring her is taking a huge risk, because she obviously doesn't have the correct mindset to be a care giving nurse. She will always be a liability wherever she is employed. It enrages me when people like Abigail (and her family is as bad as she is) manipulate their way through life, hurting others and being utterly self-absorbed, yet suffer no repercussions for their heinousness. It's unjust and it's not the way life is supposed to be lived. I think it would be advisable for Abigail to go ahead and have a tubal ligation, because it is blatantly obvious that she lacks the thing most needed to love a child: a mother's heart.

    How can a mother let alone a nurse not know that her baby is being abused? It’s unfathomable she’s guilty too and deserves punishment which she didn’t get where is the justice in that!

    • @Fangybite
      @Fangybite 25 днів тому +4

      My mom wasn't aware of my abuse until my therapist brought up some concerning things I had mentioned and drawn. And when she was made aware, she took me and my little brother and we left all our stuff and drove clear across the country to leave my abuser to die.
      That said, I'm currently 1 minute into the video and in a gross number of cases the mother is knowledgeable, if not actively participating.

      That woman is a pos. She ain’t no mother. I know everyone reacts differently to grief or losing someone, but to not have a reaction at all and tell everyone to leave because she’s dead… ugh just makes me feel like she was the one abusing Stevie. I cry when my kids get any kind of virus or don’t feel well because I’m sad they feel so bad and look so pitiful. Obviously i don’t know what I’d do if I’d lose one of them. Though just losing my son halfway though my 3rd pregnancy tore me to shreds. I went through a horrible depression and stayed in bed crying for months before I got myself together again for my older kids. To lose a child that’s already been here physically on earth in my arms and loved for years I feel would make me want to end my own life. That’s just my opinion though, no way she loved that baby or cared. She would’ve done something to protect her and keep her safe if she wasn’t the one abusing her or abiding that baby with the guy. They probably both did. I feel so bad, I’m crying for Stevie and I don’t even know her but it breaks my heart she didn’t get a long happy life but instead a short tragic, painful one. 😭😭

    This is literally right in my home town. I was born in Liberty hospital, where Stevie was initially taken. It just hits me that I only ever came out of the hospital as a little one and was lucky enough to never have to go back in the same way Stevie had to. Especially at the hands of the one who is supposed to protect me most just standing by. Little Stevie deserved better. 💖

    I could never stand by whilst someone beat my child, whether it was my husband, or boyfriend. They would be in prison. The mother was just as guilty, being a critical nurse she should have known there was something seriously wrong with her child! There was no justice for Stevie or her father, several people said they had seen the bruises and the vomiting, and one changed her mind! Surely if several people saw that, that should have been enough. Sickened by this.

Women should not be underestimated, even when it comes to horrible things like kílling a baby.

Other xs it's like damn nope. I'm going to the hospital.... Yeah, You'd prob think I was strong & healthy. Buuut then again, I guess I would tear up my insides 🙄. I still think about that. Still in this condition. Like wait me? I strain myself? 💡Wait, Yeah, Duh. I really actually need to steer away from less physical labor. And I'm only in my 40s. I wannabe like a healthy elderly person. I am Asian... But this guy? The h happened to him? I would've thought at worst ppl fetishized him just bc of his different kind of looks. Not to take away from the baby tho. I hate commenting on these things. I mainly try & empathize to a fault & then realize there's victims. But not like there's ever some perfect thing to say. Omg! If the mother had no "guilt" in this babies death, why on earth would she NOT tell Gary about the burial? And I'm BLOWN AWAY at how, although sweet, she really made that headstone out to be all about herself! Disgusting!! 🤢 Bcz as far as I understood, that beautiful baby had a dad! And not just *a dad*, but it sounds like he was a damn good one, who did his best to be as amicable as possible with the mother! You know who pulls that kind of sh!t? Narcissists who are guilty and make it all about how THEY ALONE are the one who is suffering the most, from this loss! I watch a LOT of the crime shows about CA that results in death. (I try to watch all, of all the channels I'm subscribed to, but there are only so many hrs in a day. Ya know?) But what I've learned, is that almost EVERY SINGLE CASE like this, where the mom or dad leaves, for (work, shopping, it doesn't matter), and they leave the baby in the care of their unfit partner, who ends up killing the baby. Guess who is also found at fault, just as guilty, charged & sentenced, *as well* as the murderer? Yep, the parent who left the child with their partner, the murderer! And most of them are just regular people, who may or may not have any type of knowledge in health-care! Hell, I can say that I've watched enough of them, to testify that some of them never graduated elementary school and don't have the first clue that a child with a fever of 105, bright red, and burns to the touch, might actually have a fever and need medical attention! Some of the episodes I've seen, actually make me feel bad for the parent that left the child with the unfit partner, bcz of how (parden my choice of words, but..) absolutely dumb and "hills have eyes" kind of ignorance! And they still get charged and sentenced to lengthy time! And this is a *critical care nursing assistant*!! So we all know that she KNEW that baby needed medical attention! That alone should come with it's own sentence!! That's what blows my mind and makes me sick! I don't remember what state this was in, but holy f#*king jeebus, their system is just straight LAZY! Gary has EVERY LEG to stand on with this case! Her profession alone, is what should have her locked up, good n tight, for SEVERAL yrs! Not only that, but she's also a manipulative, disgusting narcissist! (I know you can't lock someone up for being a piece of sh!t human being. But wouldn't that be nice? Lol.) If she can be that secretive over the burial with zero remorse, she's got other secrets too! But then again, this is the kind of stuff narcissists do! She didnt want ANYONE taking the spotlight off of her, including the childs father! How utterly disgusting is that?!! I'm guessing she didn't really want that baby, and, after marrying the murderer, she "loved" him so much, and just couldn'tget enough time with him when she was off work, bcz the baby was too demanding of her time! It's almost like she's free now! She works alot of hrs wants to "relax with her man"or go clubbing when she's off work, and not have a dependant child to look after! How awesome is that, that she can actually "turn back time" and start over!(?) She obviously didn't care too much about the child, bcz she made the burial headstone all about herself. I feel so SO bad for the father! I hope Gary gets the justice he & his daughter both deserve! I certainly wouldn't want this woman taking care of me in a hospital! If she can't tell that a toddler needs medical attention, due to a huge bruise on her forehead and projectile vomiting, I don't want her anywhere near me! BUT... I'm "ass-u-me ing.. " that since we haven't heard of any of her patients dying, my assumption is that she knew her daughter had a severe head injury, and chose her man over her child. Bcz "I love him! And I swear, he's a really good guy! He wouldn't hurt a fly! Something inside must've just snapped, but I swear, he's not like this! He didn't mean to! He adores my daughter & loves her as if she was his own!" 👀👁 yeah, he loved her like his own.. like that saying "I made you, and brought you into this world, I can take you out!" 🤦‍♀️ I'm going to stop ranting now. If you actually read all of this, I applaud you. This case just makes me so angry! Ugh.. 🫶🏻✌🏻

    The way I read the title and went “Ahem- yes it is. It IS illegal to be a bad mom.”

    How absolutely disgusting! Even the situation with Courtney Bell which I don't think that she had any knowledge or involvement in what happened to Cailyah. She was a victim of domestic violence and a drug addict. So she should have been held accountable in some way but this woman was a nurse she was educated and don't tell me even if you didn't see the symptoms you didn't see the bruises. Even in just a child neglect situation she should be charged with something it's disgusting!

      Courtney Bell absolutely contributed to Caliyah’s death; what are you rambling about? DV or not you protect your children. Don’t make excuses for horrible people.

    I live in Missouri and had never heard of this case. That's unacceptable.

      Much of the terminology used in chid crime cases , get the eyebrows raised on You Tube , I have heard that it’s so hard to get any Sponsorships or make money from ads on these cases. It’s hard to work for free .

    this little girl was a lot like me as a kid. I hope she rests in peace, just like all the other people in the cases you cover 🙏 I pray she's remembered as herself and not just a victim.

    It doesn’t feel right to say that I “love” your videos because they are absolutely horrifying but I do appreciate the work you put into them. You’re very compassionate & kind while telling us these peoples stories. Thank you, from England.

    It actually IS illegal to be a bad mom. It's called neglect.
