+Conner Tipton1174 they use spray paint. and theres plenty of places to get eva foam for a cheap price. one place everyone goes tho is...you guessed it the interweb. SOO before anyone else tells you this get on ebay mate or wherever but browse around online until you find the foam thats cheap and suits your needs.
+dajenic Hot glue will NOT work on textured surfaced EVA foam, unless you sand some of the tread off of the textured side it will peel off right after cooling and you will just waste time spinning your wheels in frustration. try wood glue or some kind of epoxy based glue, unless you have a Dremel or some other tool to precision sand off the texture for hot glue.
