@ I haven’t been too the mills in over a year and a half and we walked through and I was telling my husband what each store once was. It wasn’t in this condition though. The roof leaking and water damage is the beginning of the end. It’s such a beautiful mall and has so much potential and I wish the owners would sell to someone who actually wants to do something with it.
This mall was doomed from the start. There was supposed to be a lucky strike bowling and Nascar go cart track that were supposed to drive foot traffic both of those pulled out after construction. As a result not as many people went up there and the rent was astronomically high, forcing most business to close or move
@@ShaunWaveGoI’m a local who grew up at this mall. Everyone has left because the landlords / owners charge a shit for rent and most companies couldn’t afford it.
