Admirablement interprété et magnifiquement filmé ! Chapeau !
J'aime bien cette interprétation ! C'est vrai que le tempo est rapide et que les oiseaux sont un peu paniqués mais en tout cas, la technique est maîtrisée ! Le caméraman s'est fait son petit délire, et vous aussi à 1'19, c'est sympa, ça tranche avec le trop sérieux qu'on donne à la musique classique.

Je suis d'accord avec vous sur le tempo trop rapide, et j'atouterais un jeu trop linéaire, mécanique, qui détruit toute la beauté nostalgique et poétique de ce thème, surtout au clavecin.

If you are referring to emotion in terms of dynamics you should realize that he is playing a harpsichord not a piano if you are referring to emotion in terms of body expression then watch him plat tamboutin de rameau.

It was written for the plucked instrument. The piano just muddies everything, and this is doubly so when playing the French school. The piano destroys the music of the later Couperin, Rameau, and the last of the clavecinistes.

I agree with the young lady whose name is written in Cyrillic -- this is too fast and the piano is a far superior instrument. Listen to Gilel's rendition.
Donald Romano I think electronical synthetizer is far better than piano that's my opinion. It offers better advantages compared to the piano which is an outdated instrument.
Do you realize this is historical french music of the enlightment period but not romantical music by Beethoven or Chopin ! So the harpsichord is the most appropriate instrument to perform this music.

i think its too fast..and hapsicord is not so nice as piano..that's my opinion
L'exécution est très bien et montre la virtuosité du claveciniste mais cette interprétation est vraiment très mauvaise!! Le tempo est beaucoup beaucoup trop rapide pour l'atmosphère que traduit la pièce du "rappel des oiseaux", il s'agit d'oiseaux qui chante dans la nature pas d'une cacophonie ni d'un concours de logorrhées infâmes que l'on retrouve par exemple à la télévision ou la radio. Le tempo choisi et le jeu de M. Beauséjour pour ce morceau, massacre purement et simplement la pièce de Rameau! Ce n'est pas le Galop infernal d'Orphée aux enfers d'Offenbach!!!
Le problème est que la vitesse originel du rappel des oiseaux est à peut près identique...il était déjà dur pour Rameau d'écrire une pièce qui évoque les oiseaux avec un clavecin ( instrument quelque peut inapproprié pour cela, même si à l'époque le pianoforte n'existait pas).Je t'invite à aller écouter la version de Robert Casadesus de ce morceau.... la vitesse est deux fois plus élevé pour un rendu bien meilleur (pour ma part)

Il est vrai que le perfectionnement, la diffusion et l'adoption du nouvel instrument prendra presque un siècle.
Trop vite, beaucoup trop vite, AMHA. Et mécanique, aussi. Je préfère d'autres version. Scott Ross par exemple.
