did you even set these two dead same? the 402's exposure seems to be low thus resulting to darker picture.

Nextbase dont have WDR on i think . Not so much light at dark.

the Nextbase 402G has Aptina AR0330 sensor which doesn't have WDR image processing at all.

That's a no brainer....the 460W, outshone the 402.....by a country mile!!!
