UPI for low value transactions..... For high value transactions, NEFT, if you are okay with some delay .... say, of around 1 hour....

UPI and IMPS are two different methods… while UPI is currently free, IMPS is mostly chargeable…

@ sir, phonepe transactions comes under upi, but while filing a complaint against a wrong transaction only three options are written namely imps, rtgs/neft, internet banking, i did a transaction via phonepe and upi option is not in the checklist, what should i select?

You should do RTGS, because it is free if done online (branch ke through karoge, toh kuchh charges lagenge)..... IMPS me bhi kuchh charges lag sakte hain, jo bank to bank vary karte hain....

UPI is only for small value transactions.... you cannot do more than 20 transactions per day... and not more than 1 lakh Rupees per day...
