I just bought a 2010 Camaro SS, It has 55k miles, was a weekend car. It has a AirRaid CAI, Corsa exhaust upon test drive I noticed it shifted SUPER hard and quick. I assume this is from a tune? IT doesn't slip or anything just real hard shifts
1 year later this still a good tuner? I got a Silverado and debating between this or the Diablo predator 2.. would u recommend this? Btw this the best walk threw video on UA-cam for this tuner imo

John Ford i don’t know if they charge or not for a custom tune... when I first bought the tuner a couple years ago I didn’t have a computer at the time , so I never contacted Diablo for a custom tune but that’s something I probably will do in the future after I buy some headers for the car
Ricardo Perez I don’t know bro, I only changed the easy things on mine. and Im not sure if you can delete the O2 sensors or not. my advice is check out all the different diablo programmer forums online I’m sure someone on there can tell you
The easy tune I done in this video is setup for a stock vehicle , once you start adding aftermarket power adders such as headers, cold air intakes, cams, throttle body, etc. you will have to get a custom tune for the vehicle if you’re not sure how to do it yourself you can go to diablosport.com/dealers to find a Diablo CMR tuner near you and they can write you a custom tune
I had a code before, because i installed long tube headers and O2 sensors were replaced with the extension. 151d , I believe. It's lean to rich condition. I was hoping that this tune would fixed it but it didn't. Any idea ?
J owens I’m happy with it so far, i haven’t changed a lot on mine yet because I’m not a mechanic or expert on tuning a vehicle, so I just did the simple things, but as I add other things to my car such as a cam, headers, exhaust, I’ll take it to someone to get it get it professionally tuned with my i3 intune I’m not sure if you can turn the 02 sensors off or not because I’m not a expert on it But I’m guessing that you can because it does have a lot of different Parameters you can change using it, My advice is check out all the different forums on diablo programmers to be sure that you can turn it off before you buy it
Most cars are electronically limited for example my 2010 camaro is limited to 120 but I got new tires that are rated for s lot higher speeds so it would remove that and let you go basicly as fast as your car can go

I am getting a refund for mine. If you check the code reader it might say lost communication with tcm. I didn't know that at first and it won't change anything on the transmission on my car and I got a 2016 charger rt. It sucks honestly and your better off getting a dyno tune
@@waznme3920 did u get the UNLOCKED PCM or u just plugged it into ur car and tried to tune? U hav to get an unlock pcm for any dodge, ram, jeep, chrysler cars 15+ and up my g
I did get the unlocked pcm with the tuner. It changed my throttle response and it turned off my mds but as for actual tuning it didn't do anything for that
@@waznme3920 I see. Yea man jus make sure u always update it. Sum people use it constantly without the new updates. I haven't used mine yet and I've had to update ut maybe 3 times in the last 7-8 months I've owned it. Over wifi and also for the laptop ignition software.
