    Loved this video. I wonder though, have you ever had the fermentations analyzed for actual NPK content? To tell the truth, it doesn’t matter because your pure joy and exuberance is enough to make anything you grow a success. You have a garden blessed by nature and good karma. Thanks for sharing!

    well as far as the potassium part goes, that's a great way to make use of fruits that have began to spoil or already spoiled, or in case of someone who has fruit tress, they can use the fruits that are less than desireable for eating.

      The amount of sugars in his product would reason to be able to be stored for quite awhile. I would say no higher than 41 degrees F and the stuff would last at least 3 months. 41 degrees slows the onset of bacterial grow.

    Is there a way to prove the content of N-P-K?

    • @robinhardison5817
      @robinhardison5817 3 роки тому +4

      It's very little. You can't replicate or 'grow' elements with nothing but molasses. Fermentation grows bacteria, it doesn't grow N, P or K. The benefit he's getting is from beneficial bacteria being grown and all 3 fertilizers basically are identical chemical wise in the end. They do help plants grow but it's a waste of time to make all 3 since the end product is basically the same. It would be better to make compost with all those fruits and vegetables and then use the compost in the soil or as a top dressing or use it to make a compost tea. You'll get a far bigger variety of nutrients than just NPK that way.

    • @MrCaesartheman
      @MrCaesartheman 3 роки тому

      @@robinhardison5817 totally right, they would be nitrogen fixation microbes, however cloves have roots that support microbes that take nitrate from the air as well. I think as you saaid it would be much better to chuck it in the top soil or compost
