That first clip where you were clicking twice as fast as you needed to was gold. Feeling out ticks will come with time. You should also add veng runes for a slot for chambers/tob (astral death lava water)

I've found that the best afk hunter method for me was to do Maniacal Monkeys on mobile at work with 22 basket of bananas and a construction cape. For afk fishing, my favorite afk method was to use a fish barrel and do barbarian fishing at cox. I would use a crafting cape tele to bank all of the fish instead of having to drop it all and then use a xerics talisman to tele right back to cox and keep fishing.
I remember when I worked 40 hours a week I played 6 hours of osrs on average without much of a problem. I lived by myself also. People are just full of excuses, not you in particular but generally speaking.

I want to make more but life is super busy. I have a ToA guide I'm planning on doing, I want to do more brain dead skilling methods like lava eels or mm2 gorillas but need to make a list.

Wintertodt is very fast, i knocked it out from around 80 in a week, no pet :( Your biggest hurdle will be agility and RC... 95rc/95agility here and suffering!
