honestly, the glc looks better than the c class. front end looks better, nicer taillights and body looks sportier overall.
Those new interiors are fantastic, powertrains have always been top shelf too, so well done! And I agree with you Ben- well worth it for the $55-65K OTD suv field.
Love the GLC, had one for a week as a loaner. The do offer a lot of bang for your buck. You can get them new for under MSRP.
How when Benz is all fixed price no negotiation now?

The previous Gen GLC was looking a bit dated exterior and interior. The new one looks modern and sleek. Looks larger with the right proportions. Thinking of getting a new GLC $59k. Blue exterior beige interior. Good review.

Great review! Does that dealership have a "Market Value Adjustment" for any of the those vehicles? Basically where I Live, I have to pay 5k to 10k before I can even look at a Mercedes. Or the sticker price has a 5K to 10K Market Value Adjustment where I have to pay that before I can pay the MSRP. Albuquerque NM.

The 2023 that you reviewed was the Coupe. For 2023, the Coupe was still the old body style, while the SUV got the full redesign. The Coupe won’t be redesigned until 2024.

Any Idea why they went with a touch screen for everything, even essential buttons like heating and air? Hepatic touch steering wheel? Try using that while turning or on ruff surface. I think it is the most frustrating! Cadillac, Lexus, Mazda and Toyota have learned that you cant put everything on a touchscreen and forget about hepatic anything while your driving. And no reviewers are talking about that. Must have a new interior design team. Everything else is really nice.
That center console cover that is silver and kind of carbon fibre looking…what did MB name that…that’s the one I want and I think there are 3 or 4 options on that thing. I know one is piano black plastic which was a foolish decision for such a large area that will be touched and scratched to no end. But, what’s the cover design in the video called?

The size of the GLC is great for many folks needs. I have one on order. Don't care for the GLE interior or the size.
Gle is only a few inches bigger and the design on the glc interior and exterior is killing the gle completely. You're just paying a little bit more for nothing really except an extra row of cramped seating that doesnt do it any good. I checked out a 2023 gle and a 2023 glc. Long story short i came home with the glc and i have zero regrets. Its an amazing vehicle

U buy interior and seats and merc give u a car. I prefer to buy a b58 engine with better drivability than seats and interior

Sorry Ben, you don't seem to know much about the car. It is a complete redesign - all new. The engine noise under acceleration is mostly fake (pumped in). Your video of the sticker was horrendous - we could not read anything on the sticker or the options on the car. There are $20k of options on the car - you mentioned none of thme. For example, the grill, wheels, trim around wheels, etc. probably suggest purchase of the AMG package (would be nice to know). Also, it looks like it had the heads-up display. What option package provides that? The other car you reviewed was the old-style coupe, not this car. Completely different. One of the biggest changes in this brand new GLC is the new mild hybrid system, which you didn't mention even once.
I just bought a GLC 302 months ago. Either that man standing in front of the picture of that car on the front page is a midget, Or that's not a GLC 300. I didn't even think of it when I bought it but I'm very disappointed. I'm 6 foot tall and every time I get in it I hit my head to get dizzy spells. Very disappointed but I'm stuck with it now. Maybe I'll shrink with age.
I purchased a #GLC400e in January 2023 in Germany with all #AMG premium packages; I encountered numerous issues four times. On a highway where I was traveling at a speed of 120 miles per hour, I misplaced the transmitter. Can you even begin to imagine how much my life was in danger when I was traveling at a fast pace in the middle of the highway? I have taken the vehicle to the Service Center three times. I am so irritated that I want to get my money back for this ridiculous automobile. My UA-cam channel contains documentation of all of these stories. What exactly are you going to do with your brand name, Mercedes?

I quite dislike the Tesla like tablet screen that’s just under your line of sight. Looking down while driving is just not safe.
We had a test drive GLC 2023... I had a huge expectation before I take the ride...very disappointed☹️....

Wheels look terrible. And though it looks nice, that’s not leather, it’s MB Tex which is vinyl with a fancy name.
I’m surprised the door handles aren’t extra cost. Mercedes charges more for everything you might want, including nice leather. I hate that tex stuff.
MB Tex used to be indestructible. My 1979 240D with MB Tex has not aged.
@@bobbbobb4663 My 64 220se had the precursor sweat vinyl, but it was ripped up. I threw it away and got used leather pieces out of the junkyards, dyed and used it. Lasted until a doper hit me head on. The old leather was phenomenal. The 60’ss cars even had leather door panels, so I installed those, too.. Seats were stuffed with recycled wool padding. Super high quality.
The wheels look great. Not everyone wants to look like a pimp.

A 65k car without physical buttons or 3 zone climate is almost as big a joke as that terrible looking wheel and software bmw feels thought out

It may be AMG exterior, which is a body kit. It’s not the same as the AMG version
