For many years I have tried ‘self love’, being careful with the words I use, trying to avoid specific terminology incase my brain knows I am lying when I say ‘I am’. After watching this, something clicked! Wait a minute, if I think my brain thinks I am lying when I say ‘I love me’ then I truly don’t ‘love’ myself… that acceptance was a real eye opener! How could I not love this wonderful person? How sad for me to treat her that way, she deserves so much more, from me! Me, myself & I are about to go genuine love bombing one another….Thank you Marissa x
i was suffering from extreme anxiety, i know im not lying, something clicked in my mind i ask the same question like why can't i love this person??? he is sooooo amazing! he genuinely care about everyone around him, i know he is not an evil person from heart not a bad person and i love this fact that even though sooo many stupid wrong things or bad things might happpen to him but he always care about himself(me/i), this person is amazing--- even after soo many wrong things he priortize his mental health again and again and again--- he see marisa peer videos , he see spirituality videos he tries to makes things work out in the best possible way ---- if others sta rt hating him for something of not his fault then he is not wrong - cause he knew that whatever he do he do it gennuinely right he is not a lier this person also loves to love himself care himself, make his day the best day living like its his last day he tries best to live fully----and hes making plans for his growth -- he is going to be shameless in his actions forever more niw he didnt fear loosing friends now even if they were close-- he stands with the right and if he is right he will doo all those things that are necessary--- now he will prepare for his exams joyfully --- not just that practically he can do a top in this examination sooo why not become more clever why not play your best shot and win against everyone else --who is against u-- why not ignore those people smartly and cleverly who didn't prioritize you or care about you or ignored yoi why not become extremely joyfull!!! with life live it to the fullest again and again and again---i love this person who is me and i can't stop loving him--- because he is sooo cool-- he comes with amazing incredible ideas to deal with things wround him--- he is soooo strong he deals with righteousness ----he is powerful-- he is courageous he has self respect -- he prioritize self growth-- he cares for his fitness- he cares for his health -- his welath he cares himself for making his goals , dreams and emotions come true and live continously in fullest way till he is allive

I have a good relationship with myself and people tell me Im a lovely person all the time - pretty much everyone likes me...... and I apparently am a romance repellent 100% of the time. And most other people I know are in a relationship - even if they arent good. Id love to believe the things Marisa says, and it does cheer me up emporarily. But my experience has seemed to shown me the opposite of what she says :-(
But the problem is, I'm not good-looking, short. I've never been loved even though I'm 26. These are the things I can't change that about myself. I used to be really smart but due to an injury and depression I'm not even smart anymore. My brain doesn't work like it used to before. What do you think I should do? I never cared about my looks before but I really cared about my career and I don't care about it anymore. I don't even see the whole point of existing.
Try to look outside yourself, to love and serve others. It has been said - when we “loose” ourselves in the service of others, we “find”ourselves! I’ve known several people who may not be the best looking, are on the heavy side, are short or whatever, who are the most beautiful people because they don’t worry about themselves, they care for and serve others. When you do that , it brings out a different kind of beauty in you. So my suggestion would be - get outside yourself and help someone else. There are so many people who are struggling and suffering in this world. Be a light to them and help lift their load/burden. You may find that in doing so, it lifts yours as well. 😊❤ May God bless you! He already loves you more than you can possibly imagine!
