The story of Baiheng and the grief fueled tragedy that followed is one of the saddest stories ive ever heard. The way she died in front of Dan Feng the worst of all, tbh i dont blame Dan for trying to bring her back
The music, the action, the quiet moments...everything comes to together so beautifully...I even shed a tear at the end. Absolutely phenomenal work. This perfectly shows that one doesn't need a high detailed 4k models and textures to make something beautiful and impactful.

Bbexxi sure does lots of thorough research to create something like this, so i wanna point out the things/references i saw: 1. 0:28 Blade does the exact same movements at the start of his trailer 2. 0:46 “There is nowhere to run” is exactly the name of the lightcone on where it’s shown that Dan Heng and Blade is fighting 3. 0:51 Blade’s skill in-game 4. 0:53 Also that lightcone where they fought 5. 1:07 Jingliu’s ultimate 6. 1:13 It’s similar to Jingliu’s signature lightcone named “I shall be my own sword” 7. 1:14 a part of Blade’s ultimate where his sword shatters 8. 1:24 glimpse of Yaoshi embracing Blade, a symbol of his immortality 9. 1:39 Kafka’s ‘sad’ smile (can be read in Blade’s character story part 3) 10. 2:04 A scene on where Blade also gets stabbed in his trailer video 11. 2:26 Baiheng’s remains, and Dan Feng insists on resurrecting her, committing a grave crime and also ruined Yingxing(Blade). 12. 3:04 You can notice that how Blade attacked is identical to Jingliu’s ultimate, it shows how he picked up on his master’s… painful lessons Now that i watched this, it made me understand Blade’s pain even further 😔 Though, i do LOVE the end with Silverwolf and Blade, which is another reference to the nihility lightcone I love this animation so much
This was my favorite of this Hoyofair! It reminded me of the fantasy world I crafted as a child and teenager. Specifically the brutal, heartbreaking, earthshaking, transformative, Duel-of-the-Fates-style confrontation at the climax of Act 2 - between the main character lovers-turned-enemies, as what they'd bled to save burns around them and their friends clash to the death.
The choreography was very enjoyable to watch, you're a very hardworking individual and that is very noticeable throughout your work, keep this up we're expecting more bangers, however also remember to take your time as I'm sure me and many people who have seen your animations are patient and understanding of the fact that you have your own life to live. Once again stunning animation 🤌

Blade certainly Reminds me of Vergil but it’s like Knowing the sword that he uses that was given to him by Jingliu fuse with his hand is a lot less disturbing seeing his flesh become a sword holder. Blade and Vergil are both the same because of their personality

Sorry, I don't mean to be rude, but I have to say a few things as a lore enjoyer: 2:27 is wrong. English translation has it as a tuff of hair, but in CN it's 一缕碎发 a single broken strand of hair, as described in DHIL quest. 2:40 Blade also never told DH that it was only DH who needed to pay the price, he has always consistently said both of them needed to pay the price, as in Jingliu character quest. I feel like it needs to be said that it was only Jingliu so far who accused Blade of bringing Shuhu flesh to disrespect Baiheng. Her narrative is also inconsistent with her own character story, where Dan Feng told her that he used "blood of my race, soul of the ancestor", and neither Baiheng's blood nor hair was brought up. "Impossible. The Preceptors said... The blood of my race and the soul of my ancestor should have created another high elder. All this... It shouldn't be like this." It is also worth noting here that Dan Feng also said that the preceptors told him about the ritual, it was not something he came up by himself or something that Yingxing brought up to him. She is also confirmed to have arrived late in the Sedition, as confirmed in her own character story 4, where she arrived after Yingxing was already immortal with black hair (also seen in Ichor animation) and the draconic abomination was already running rampage. So Jingliu is not a reliable narrator as to the hows and the whys of the ritual at all because she only arrived afterwards and saw Yingxing already having Shuhu in him, and that is before we take into consideration her mara state that she developed midway through the fight with the draconic abomination in her story 4. In fact, Jingliu only started thinking about Baiheng mid-fight after her core esse burst and her mara fully took over. "The half-draconic abomination swam through the air in blasts of lightning. Its body, enough to swallow the very horizon, sundered yet another floating isle. Its wails were loud as the clamors of a thousand swords clashing. She felt her Core Esse boiling, like a ripe wheat grain about to erupt out of its casing and swell eternally. She saw herself trapped in childhood nightmares again. The ominous planet was swallowing her overhead and she, but an insect, could not even struggle. The woman tore off a spread of black silk from the edge of her skirt and covered her eyes. The thunder struck. She leaped up with her sword towards the draconic abomination. In an illusion that felt half like a dream and half like reality, she felt her flesh had finally transcended its limits and had started to disintegrate. There were restraints binding her like strings, tightly wrapped around her limbs and organs, slicing apart her final shreds of self-consciousness bit by bit. Suddenly, she heard those words: "I will cut down even the stars in the sky." In any case, as of right now, we have no confirmation as to what really happened in the Sedition, and I feel like you ran away with Jingliu's narrative and took it as 100% fact when Hoyo has had a history of using unreliable narrators in their games and only revealing stuffs at the very, most notably in the various Genshin lore regarding Nabu Malikata, king Deshret, Narzissenkreuz, and Khaenri'ah. Lastly, as someone who likes your Stellaron Hunter videos and is a Blade main, I don't understand why you picked the title of the video as Nowhere to Run and used that thumbnail. To be honest, this gave me a false expectation (that this video would be about the Stellaron Hunters or about how Blade chased DH before he joined the Astral Express) that was not met, in addition to the mistakes and assumptions you made with the lore. Granted, this is a fanmade video for fun, and you clearly put a lot of work into the animation itself, kudos for that, so the getting the lore wrong doesn't matter that much in the end, but as a fan of your Stellaron Hunters video and a Blade main, I honestly had higher expectation from your work in the lore department. So unfortunately, my honest opinion is that I can't say that I enjoy this video as much as I do your old work with the Stellaron Hunters. Anyway, this is just me complaining because my expectation was not met and I'm a nitpicker when it comes to lore.
