I'm struggling to figure out what's going on, did you get a promotion or a discount code? Any insight would be amazing, Im Being told by secret labs only the 2020 comes with a themed lumbar pillow, My chair didn't get one, it just got here today & I only got the magnetic pillow. 😭

Not an issue at all!! My wife uses it for work everyday and I use it for filming and playing video games for hours and it’s been a dream!!!
