For refilling the bottles, I found that dipping the just cap portion into very hot water for about 5-10 seconds will soften the harder plastic enough that the cap will twist off cleanly. You need to be careful not to let the clear plastic of the bottle touch the hot water as it will melt/deform, but the thicker plastic of the cap can handle this repeated opening and closing. I found this trick on another YT channel and have used it for years. Thanks for your video too, it showed me how to open the battery compartment on this newer dispenser model which I had not done before.

If you put it under hot water than twisted and it opens really easy
