Finally a sensible recipe to covert dark chocolate to yummy milk chocolate. I had some dark chocolate bars I recvd as gift so I did it want to throw them. I’m so happy you did the research and shared with us. Thank you! I made some truffle today and if same out really well I added some butter to your recipes and it took it to next level thanks again! PS your video sped it just right lMHO. ✌️☮️🕊
It is indeed, all the recipes I saw just added milk and sugar to it and me being a chocolate lover could tell that it won't taste right, i was just thinking that milk powder would be better and found this video ❤❤
Great tips, I was just thinking to myself that milk powder would work better than simple milk to avoid adding extra moisture to the chocolate and then came this video Really helpful tips as well to look at packaging label for sugar Never thought to do that
I lindt 70% choc bar, 1 Table spoon powder sugar and 1 Tbsp powder milk. Always taste first then add little more as per taste. And full video is more explained step by step here’s link.. ua-cam.com/video/wr-WXjR9aTg/v-deo.html
The quantity I’ve used, you can do the same, then taste first. After use 1 little by little as needed. Ex: add half tea spoon of milk mix it then add more. Because every person taste is different :)
what's the difference between powder milk and dry milk??? Aren't powdered milk and dry milk are the same product? The names are interchangeable. Powdered milk is liquid milk that has been dehydrated and all the moisture removed?
I wouldn't wan't to do this, since I love dark chocolate (and I've acquired taste for it). From the moment I switched to dark chocolate, milk chocolate tastes sickly sweet, and I couldn't stand it's sugary taste. Milk chocolate barely contains any chocolate. It tastes so sugary, cloyingly sweet and I don't like it (if cocoa content goes below 30%, it tastes so, so sweet to the point of being unpalatable). Dark chocolate is delicious, and I enjoy in it. I love that slightly bitter taste of dark chocolate. Milk chocolate tastes terrible.

dry milk’s texture is little solid and powder milk’s texture is soft. One time I purchased from Walmart from baking section.
cAn yOu uSe rEguLaR MilK
Please use powder milk, because regular milk’s texture will be become like ganache. That means it doesn’t become solid like a chocolate bar.
Too slow
bruh ur not tempering
