However, if you look at the plain language of the Lancet article this is not what it stated. The Lancet stated a future estimate of 186,000 dead would be consistent with previous conflict estimates.
But there are other sources saying so and that is what she is alerting people about. She states later than it's a future projection. Like some fortune teller based on debunked premises. You'd know all this if you bothered to listen to what she said..
