Absolutely perfect! As soon as you showed the pattern in the last video I was like “omg I need to make this into a pillow” - I say like I don’t have about 3 blankets that need finished. 💀
I love this stitch! You should do a tutorial on this cute little "flower" stitch! I learn so much from your tutorials! On other tutorials, I don't know what it is, but you explain things to where they "jive"! Plus you go slow enough that I literally learn something! Thanks for your content!
I randomly found your videos while I was looking for something to have in the background while I crochet my first ever big project (a sweater for my best friend), and I will forever love watching you. I've been BINGING your videos lately.
I'd love to see this with a colourful turtleneck underneath! It's soo cute and I don't personally feel that this shirt is doing it justice. Definitely made me want to make my own vest!
Personally, I block my acrylic stuff with a hairdryer. It works great, makes the acrylic softer also. Just got to be careful about burning it 🔥 so I keep it on low and do it 4-6” above the project for a few mins while moving it around
Suggestion: carry the yarn for each color up the sides, without cutting, hence no sewing afterwards. Just twist the color not being used around the one you're using for the first stitch of the next row, and carry it up the side.
Omg when I saw you make the pattern swatch for the other video (for a pillow?), I said to myself that I really wanted a vest that used the pattern. Love love this!
I hate working in the yarn tails. You can “float” the yarn up the side of your striped sweater and vest, like you do on the tapestry projects just up the sides. I do this on all my striped projects even blankets if I’m going to put a border on them.
Im curious as to why didnt you just carry the yarn up the side? It usually hides very well for me but i still have yet to make a garment for myself. I have made doll clothes with yarn.
I love this pattern, while I understand that you don’t do tutorials, I would love if you would do one for this pattern stitch please pretty please ❤️💯😀
I was gonna say this is like YOUR version of the wednesday vest. Love it so much.
This is adorable! I love how it looks like checkerboard from far away.

That is super cute!! I have never made a vest or sweater....that ever fit correctly. You nailed it! Looks great with the white dress shirt underneath!

Okay, I am another fan of yours and totally love your vest and the way you communicate!!!

This turned out so nice! I’d say the steam blocking made a difference to the fit - it is magic!
i LOVED the way thus turned out! even with more "subtle" colours the pattern still makes it a statement. I may need to start making vests
Honestly this vest looks stunning. You have every reason to be excited!
Good morning 🌄🌞 blessings ☕, beautiful 😍 pattern thank you
GORGEOUS on you! Good job, Michelle. 🎉
So cute! It would look dressy with a black turtleneck and your pearl dino necklace!🦖
