how can we conclude his color without physical remains ? paintings and stories dont qualify as evidence they can be made up....we have to find and identify the body befor we can factually claim its a somebody "of any color". E.g. In Kamit when someones existence is claimed trough a painting or writings, we usually find a mummy along with it sooner or later ...otherwise the persons existence remains assumed and merely more or less a probability.
