Good question. It’s tough to provide a singular, objective answer because I do believe it comes down to a personal decision. For me, the Murph is absolutely worth it. It’s beautifully made, has the brand heritage, and runs for a long time with the 80-hour reserve. At the same time, I would never give up my DressKX for the simple fact I’ve bonded with it as my first automatic watch at this point. Plus I just got a new bracelet for it which I’ve been loving. Long story short - yes, there is a quality difference between the two and, yes, I think the Murph is worth it. But the value with the Seiko 5 is amazing, and no regrets there at all either.
After watching this video most likely my first automatic watch will be DressKX, still looking for my soulmate "steel".
Thanks for your review, can you feel the increase in quality between the seiko 5 vs murph? Do you think its worth the price diff?

The Seiko can actually be read
I can read the Hamilton better. Black dials are typically harder to read than white dials are anyway.
