nice video. i also recently found you channel and watched a few of your other videos. they're a great review from my exercise biology class in college!
Wow finally !!! Mouthrinsing ...!! I have always felt this and wondered if other people would have same feeling .. . But when ever i drink good pure carbohydrates like good pure juice . I have to "eat" the juice a couple seconds .. wow . I just thought it was my adhd and being very receptive to fluid carbs
great content you have helped a lot only with this video!!! i know this is a long shot but do you think you could send me this article- Cermak, N.M. and van Loon, L.J., 2013. The use of carbohydrates during exercise as an ergogenic aid. Sports Medicine, 43(11), pp.1139-1155.
Me, a type 1 diabetic watching this video thinking how lucky you guys are to only experience hypoglycemia under extreme circumstances. Meanwhile I am experiencing it 5 times a week lol

Great videos
Good video, do you have a reference for the idea of combining carbohydrates, I would appreciate one for my university essay
really interesting, lot of information i needed to view the video twice tho. keep on man 👌
Glad you found it interesting, ill try to explain things better next time. Keep well.
Hey ! Very interesting but could you also do a video on the other spectrum (fat-adapted for endurance) to avoid the wall ?
To perform you need carbs. There is no way to avoid the wall when you are in ketosis.
Can you do a video on f1 drivers and what body goes through high g's?
That is interesting, ill see what I can do
