Thanks! I just tear extra peices of wafer paper and cover in water in a small container. Then microwave in 10 sec. Intervals until the paper is devolved.

A question. Can this technique and wafer paper be used on buttercream? Most of the people I make cakes for absolutely loathe fondant. (which really isn't fair since I make my own which is infinitely better than the pre-made stuff they are used to - but alas, they won't even try it)
I get it! I made my own when I had my wedding business, and they just wouldn't even try! But yes, you can use it on buttercream. If you are worried about the paper melting, you can brsu some cocoa butter to the places that will touch it.

I don't really measure it. Just make sure the paper is covered with the water, and you should be fine;)
