Mihawk was not WSS in his age when Roger was around still would have worth mentoning that he was making a name for himself, by himself, especinally if compared to other rookies, and thats before Roger death and after as the "Marine Hunter" where Prime Garp and Sengoku were still had to be around to notice the Marine Hunter threat, but seems like Goathawk never got punished for slashing the JUSTiCE apart, as expected though.
Shanks and Mihawk are swordsmen, lol. What else would Mihawk be more skilled than him in, Martial Arts?

I love when one piece fans openly admit they don’t have reading comprehension and the whole Kizaru thing proved it. The bias was the icing on the cake.
In Egghead he was very evidently nerfed . In 1089 it’s stated the more we destroy the more we lose. Which funnily enough you left out. So anything he does causes a loss to WG. Now all throughout their fight Kizaru actively tries to avoid or separate from Luffy which you also convientley leave out. Now Garp and Kizaru fight differently and are different people in different situations so don’t why you tried to bring that up.
1092 says he’d appreciate Luffy staying out of this and kicks him away so he doesn’t have any unnecessary drama. He then says I’d rather not hurt any acquaintances outside of my mission parameters. 1094 If I spend all my time on you I can’t fulfill my mission. Then says you must be reaching your limit. So multiple times he actively tries not to fight Luffy not even taking Luffy serious. He was trying to tire Luffy out.
Another very important detail you conveniently left out is Luffy being Nika. The same one his friends Bonney, Kuma, and Vegapunk would all dance to and praise back in the day shown in the flashback of Kuma. Oddly enough Luffy turns into Nika the one his friend who got turned into a soulless cyborg lived his life for. Obviouslyhe wouldn’t go all out on him out respect for his friend.
Saturns main goal is unaliving luffy since he’s Nika. He not too worried about Kizaru but something you conveniently left out is Saturn saying this is SLUGGISH by YOUR STANDARDS. Even Saturn acknowledges this isn’t the best Kizaru can do. But hey all for the agenda and downplay of the admirals right.
Last thing let’s not forget the entire fight not once did Kizaru use his Haki. Which is strange because according to YOU he was going all out but the one thing to increase speed and strength he doesn’t use but he was going all out. In his vivre card it’s stated he has observation and armament Haki. In marineford he uses adv armament with Kuzan and Akainu. Against Sentomaru he says he has the greatest defense. Yet doesn’t use it at all in his fight. Doesn’t initiate as a single fight with Luffy the whole time and you’re trying rewrite the story to fit your narrative which is very amusing.
Now multiple times it’s stated, shown, and implied Kizaru didn’t go all out. All you had to say was you had bad reading comprehension we could’ve got you some help. At least next time don’t have an agenda if you’re going to try and state something as factual makes you look bad.

I like the list, but disagree with one thing. I take the statement of how garp and roger nearly killed each other many times as an equal statement. And WB getting his title during Roger's prime. So i think these 3 are interchangeable.

The Shanks meatriding is crazy seeing as you are making claims with literally zero proof as to why Shanks would be top 8 it's just all headcannon.
His best feat is 1 shotting Kid and Killer.
It's also pretty evident that you can't read seeing as you leave the important context as to why things happened the way they did.
You are the greatest at cherry picking details tho that's for sure.
You conviently forget that Kuzan does have a habit of holding back when facing his friends.
It's pretty clear Kuzan is mentally conflicted when fighting Garp because he literally feels guilty fighting Garp who is like a father to him.
He gets speed blitzed by Garp multiple times which makes Garp comment that only weaklings lose their way.
Once Kuzan gets out of his mental conflict he is seen fighting Garp on equal footing and even overpowering Garp while holding back until Shiryu stabs him ending the fight.
Garp punching Marco and Kizaru fighting Luffy are two different situations and saying they are the exact same is stupid because it makes no sense.
First off Marco is fodder.
Garp is mentally conflicted sure but he in that moment puts his duty above everything else and does not hold back against Marco.
Not holding back and going all out are two different things.
Against Luffy he was about to kill his Grandson but let his emotions get the best of him at that moment but not when fighting Marco.
The difference with Kizaru is that he literally can not go all out because everything he destroys is a loss for the WG which he wants to avoid.
It is a fact he is mentally conflicted because he literally did not kill Sentamaru or Bonnie when nobody could stop from doing so.
He is much faster than Luffy or Kaido seeing as Luffy could not react to Kizaru who speed blitzed him.
If you actually look at the fight Kizaru is not even focused on Luffy but actually on killing Vegapunk but he fails to go through with it when he had the opportunity to do so when he appeared beside everyone and instead of shooting a Lazer instantly killing Vegapunk he starts monologuing or when he had a clear shot at Vegapunk and missed.
Not saying Kizaru beats Luffy all I am saying is that you Yonko fans like to downplay the admirals to suit your agenda instead of giving the admirals the credit they deserve.
GB was caught off guard by Shanks Conquers Haki and you Glaze that fact to the max but you don't bring up the fact that no one can resist Shanks haki unless you are prepared for it.

I would put shiki in top 10, he was shown in kuma flashback and he was visible along with kaido, BM, and whitebeard showing he was as prominent as them in the crew, also destroyed half of marineford, I think shiki is relative to kaido

5. kaidou(strongest creature and strongest current pirate before his death)
6. mihawk( strongest swordsmen in skill & strength, has the strongest sword of all time)

Garp is a different case to Kizaru since Kizaru is sent to kill Vegapunk while Garp wasn't sent to kill Luffy

7:55 Good video but Kaido wasn't in a weaker state than Luffy given that Mugiwara literally died, Kaido himself couldn't sense his voice after his death. And when he unleashes Gear 5 he says he can fight for a little bit longer meaning that G5 barely took away damage from him.
And in their final clash the narrator says ''A fierce Haki clash who shall prevail?''.Given that Luffy won that encounter, doesn't it mean he surpassed Kaido in Haki?
So I think it's safe to say Luffy is stronger than Kaido given that he surpassed him both in terms of his mind and body catching up to his abilities (Awakening) and his greater will power by the conclusion of the fight (Haki) which are the main powerups in OP.
The only people in th story who currently have narrative BACKUP to be stronger than Luffy are Blackbeard and Imu. And if it happens it won't contradict Kaido's former tittle given that Blackbeard has room to grow to surpass the version of Kaido that was deemed the strongest and as for Imu, the fact that the world doesn't even know about their existence makes it possible for Imu to end up being the strongest without causing any narrative inconsistencies.
Edit: Kaido's tittle of ''Strongest Creature'' means ''Strongest Living Thing'' in the original Japanese and is not limited to non humans as many think.
In Japanese, they use the word "seibutsu," which can mean living thing OR Creature. And we know it's a consistency in one piece. it's consistent that creatures and Humans are distinct
I see your argument, but Kaido is definitely stronger. Luffy will become stronger than Kaido ever was by the end of the story though. Your argument essentially makes the case that Blackbeard would somehow be stronger than Kaido which is absolutely ridiculous. The only reason bb is strong is bc of his overpowered devil fruit (kinda like Luffy's). Kaido obviously had no problem dealing with Luffy's df, and therefore Luffy was forced to beat Kaido using Ryuo. Obviously we don't know for sure, but I'd be willing to bet that both Luffy and Kaido's Haki surpasses Blackbeard's at this point in the story.
Edit: Also, just to make the case which I'm sure you've heard several times, Kaido fought Yamato, Zoro, and the samurai of Wano all in addition to Luffy.

Rayleigh said the sickness did affect Roger and if wb never noticed Roger’s strength decreased, Roger never got pissed off and fully tried. Plus most of the fight was off screen, we have no idea if he used his fruit. It wouldn’t make sense he used his fruit against a weaker oden but not Roger. At the end of the day, most pirates scale Roger as the top dawg and the guy everyone’s strength should reach, which is why I have him over wb.

Luffy is stronger than Kaido at any day. Before Luffy awakened his devil Luffy was in much more worst condition than Kaido was. Naturally, A person who knocked out and then stand up would be in worst condition than the one who didn't. Kaido didn't fights his equal opponent in the entire night but Luffy fought some stronger than him(before Awakening Luffy was weaker than Kaido)

He said that Akainu is only above luffy due to the sheer stamina difference as Akainu was capable of fighting Kuzan for 10 days while Luffy's g5 has stamina below 20 mins [ spec]

I'm not gonna go into every single point here, but ap/dc, speed, durability and striking strength are quite easily explained by that
Armament is quite similar, in that back when Akainu first appeared in the story, his armament feat was crazy, but nowadays it's really not. Kawamatsu and Sentomaru for examble have similar, arguably even better armament feats. Just because you have adv arm haki doesn't mean you have to have crazy haki (start of Wano Luffy has better armament haki then the two previously mentioned characters for examble) and nether does it have to mean you're better at arm haki then everyone who doesn't have it.
And endurance should be obvious. Akainu got back up from getting hit once from old, sick Whitebeard. Luffy got back up (what felt like) 1000 times from Katakuri and Kaido each. Idk why you even bring that one up tbh🤷
