Good Nz morning guys. I always thought that wild swimming was done ala natural. Surely by now in the 21st century, Uk has grown up and accepted that. Queen Victoria is not in control of your life. Lol. When me and family members hired a Narrow boat back in 2008, the Hire Company told us about the "Winding Holes." They pronounced it as eye. But a Google search says it is wind. Because you can use the wind to help turn around. Btw I love your channel. Take care. Atb.

Hmmm! I once slipped into water at -40C on a lovely moon lit night. The frost crystals were about 10 inches long on over hanging branches. Quite wonderful but it was in Liard Hotsprings in B.C. Canada. Only ones there. The bathing suit and towel froze rock solid in the 100 yard walk back to the parking lot. I was young and foolish then also.
