Idaho is getting a lot of people from California moving there. Arkansas has quite a number of them too, but they would be more likely to go in places like in Little Rock, but you ain't based near that part of Arkansas, right? Just like if you were to do a homestead in Illinois, I would suggest being as far from Chicago as possible, because otherwise you'd be doomed for getting robbed blind on the daily, especially if a bunch of jobs get replaced by AI, and the all those people who got replaced by AI start raiding everywhere for resources. When there's an economic apocalypse, being anywhere near a huge city is a dangerous area. A lot of people think Universal Basic Income will be the fix to all these issues, but NO it won't, because then everyone would get a check, which means companies will raise their prices on everything, and people won't have enough money to buy their products, and then, the companies will go bankrupt. Big corporations will go under, but then hopefully new companies that hire people will emerge, and then, the economy recovers from there. Besides robots break down quicker than people do. There's a video of a robot stocking up a shelf, and in under 10 minutes, just broke down, and collapsed to the ground.
