Before my morning meditation I scrolled past this one. I typically start my day with a testimonial before meditating to remind myself why I’m doing this. Anyway, I’ve been trying to get pregnant for some time. I went into my meditation and I heard the name load and clear, Bianca. I don’t know any Bianca’s and it’s not a very common name. After my meditation I was scrolling again and noticed the woman’s name in the title of the video is Bianca and she talks about how through this work she was able to conceive naturally!!! I fully agree with you that feelings and emotions are always the spores or roots behind our issues, emotional, physical or emotional. Today, I've told a couple of people who are staying in the house with me, about the difference between identifying with one's emotions and being the observer of one's emotions, treating them as way-showers to what's present on our path, suppressing our freedom of choice and expression. And that in our modern society it's become the norm that negative feelings should be pushed aside, ignored and covered up.
